The staff were all lovely and everything was very clean and new throughout which was great. We were disappointed with the facilities considering that this is marketed as 4 star hotel. This is a B&B with basic continental breakfast. If you are OK with that then I don't think you will be at all disappointed. Don't expect a 4 star hotel though. Reception and front door are locked after 7pm and there were no hot drinks facilities in the rooms and just a very basic TV.

Location was great. 16 walk to the main shopping streets in Salzburg. Boutique hotel with atelier decor, design and soap. Highly recommend.

30€ pro Nacht extra für meine Frau ist sehr sehr teuer und hat ein Geschmäckle, wir haben ein Doppelzimmer nachweislich gebucht. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und werden ihr Hotel nie wieder besuchen! Das ist eine Unverschämtheit!

Generel er super oplevelse. Perfekt beliggenhed, sødt personale. Lidt hård seng, helt flade hovedpuder. Stikkontakt hang ud af væggen. Morgenmaden er sød morgenmad, det vil sige kaffe , te, brød med syltetøj, og wienerbrød.
