Nice boutique hotel and good to use as a base. No fridges in rooms if you need one. It is a bit of a walk into old town but peaceful if you walk along the river. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is tea and toast with jam and juice to start your day. Hotel is right behind Mirabella palace and 7 min to panoramic tours if you plan any day trips then this location is great for connecting with the busses.

Good location, parking on the premises, don't book the smallest room if you are coming from the US, don't provide a real breakfast, though - just the bread, croissants and jam with coffee and tea

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gemütliches Ambiente, tolle Lage, Bahnhof und Stadtkern zu Fuß erreichbar (5/10 Minuten).

Ingen personal efter 19:00, frukosten, som vi ändå betalade för, bestod av bröd och sylt - inga pålägg, inte ens ost, ingen yoghurt , inget mer! Och dåligt kaffe. Duschslangen lossnade från fästet. Hotellvistelsen är en av de sämsta vi upplevt. Hur kan detta hotell räknas som fyrstjärnigt?

The room was clean. Our BR was outside the shower area which was not my fave but the room was very nice. The location was super amazing. Close to both the Tran station and the old town. We walked everywhere

The staff were all lovely and everything was very clean and new throughout which was great. We were disappointed with the facilities considering that this is marketed as 4 star hotel. This is a B&B with basic continental breakfast. If you are OK with that then I don't think you will be at all disappointed. Don't expect a 4 star hotel though. Reception and front door are locked after 7pm and there were no hot drinks facilities in the rooms and just a very basic TV.

Location was great. 16 walk to the main shopping streets in Salzburg. Boutique hotel with atelier decor, design and soap. Highly recommend.
