Room was very spacious and clean. Price was great, staff was friendly. Will stay again.

Comfortable room with minor items missed. King fitted sheets on a queen bed. Window left partially open, and only two tissues left in the bathroom. I also had problems reprogramming the TV. The tissues and TV were quickly addressed by the staff. Breakfast was the minimum available.

We were there the weekend of the class B BB tourney and state archery tourney. There was only one staff on duty in the morning to take care of front desk duties and breakfast duties. That poor woman ran herself ragged and should be commended for her efforts. Where was the manager to help her? They knew they were booked out for the tournaments and should've had more help. Also, we had no hot water after 8 am. Had to take cold showers which was the most unpleasant experience ever. Not even luke-warm...it was cold. Very disappointed.

Very affordable and nice updates done recently. Would stay again! Clean and fresh rooms.

My card was charged for 3 nights for a 2 night stay. When I called the hotel to see about a refund the lady I spoke with took my phone number and said she’d speak to her manager and get back to me. Still have yet to hear back from them…

This is one if the best motels we've ever stayed at in minot!!! We've been coming to minot every few months for a 2-3 day getaway, and this is a favorite.. we've stayed here consistantly last 4-5 times. They've got a really nice breakfast. Everything is really clean, from the moment you enter the building right to the room.

The only ice machine was out of order. The hotel room was excruciatingly hot and the AC didn't work either.

Nice to stay but bed was hard and dog barking one morning.staff were very nice and helpful

I stayed in room 203 and every 10 seconds there was a noise coming from the bathroom, not in our bathroom but in the wall. I tried calling the front desk all night but didn’t get an answer.

Our first time staying! And we enjoyed our weekend there.. very easy to get to places you want to go.. highly recommend it. Would definitely stay again.

They did let me check in 1 hour early with no charge. Nit very good promotion of city, no tourism literature. Breakfast was ho hum. No one around when there was things you needed. Front door did not close well.Lack of security feeling. House keeping was awesome

Room was comfortable and warm. No place to plug in vehicles, shower curtain was almost ready to fall off. Huge disappointed was I paid in full through hotels.com and the hotel sent me a pre check in and billed me an additional $144.43 and when I asked why they said I wasn’t billed I showed my credit card statement and they said they would refund me $102.00 ???? I asked for a receipt and the next day I received a receipt showing I was billed $0.00 and charged $0.00 with no other explanation. And no phone calls being answered now that I have checked out.

The room was comfortable & clean and the breakfast sufficient. Staff were friendly & helpful. It was great value for the money. The building is looking worn out but it appears some work is being done to improve that.
