Staff were nice but this hotel needs a big upgrade. Mattresses need replacing- Very bumpy and worn. Bedding was stained yellow. Hotel is not sound proof, lots of hallway noise. The room itself was ‘clean’ but very worn down. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Rooms clean and quiet. Just a very dated feel . Worked for us and close to all shopping.

Everything was great except the bed was way too soft for me and very bouncy. I prefer firm mattress.

Room was very clean as well as the lobby/breakfast area. Staff were friendly. Building is a bit outdated as well as some of the furniture - but everything still in good condition.

Staff was so good, co operative, friendly, and professional but the rooms and bathrooms are not ranked 8.4 like i saw in Expedia when I booked You can give 10/10 to staff but beds and bathroom are average 5/10
