Very good service, great variety of local wines

the room is dated, looks old; the bed and pillows ancient very hard. I try to book for 2 days and was unable to do it; front desk was going to call me to let me know if I could stay the extra day and never did, when I went to check out the offer but was a little bit to lait. the view is amazing!

No respetaron la reservación , yo la hice para 4 adultos en 2 habitaciones. 2 camas queen junior suit, me dijeron que era para dos adultos el otro cargo extra , me bajaron la categoría de la habitación para darme las 2 camas. 😡

Very relaxing

I have staying a Coral Marina for over 15 years. This was the first time I had a negative interaction with the employee at the front desk. She was extremely rude. While I was checking in she asked for my husbands ID. I explained that He was parking the car and she stated she would no continue with the registration without his ID. I mentioned that I have always provided the information of my guest. Never have they required me to provide guest Identification. After all that, she informed me that the room was not ready and said she would call me when it was. Never received the call. Horrible service!!!

The room was spacious with a gorgeous marina view. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the service was slow. But each night we had dinner at the amazing lobby bar. Great vibe, friendly service and amazing food. The supreme burger is one of the best we've ever had. My husband uses a mobility scooter and navigating everywhere in the hotel (even in the rooms) is super easy. Excellent stay.
