Hotel is quiet and comfortable.

Very enjoyable. Only thing was as I was waking up, I stared at the horrible ceiling patch job in the Sheetrock

My room was not ready even though I arrived after check-in time. They said it would take 10-15 minutes. An hour later I asked and my room was ready. Magically. Then the power went out which was unfortunate but I got stuck in between emergency doors. I got no help. I walked down three flights of stairs in the dark it was so dangerous. There were no signs no lights no safety measures. It was scary and I almost fell. The doors towards the lobby were closed I had to go out to the street in an alley and then get back to the lobby. By walking around the corner by the trash cans. I have major health issues I have handicap placard but busses were blocking all the handicap spots. The room had a portable AC unit but nobody told me ahead of time. The window was open to have the unit work out the window. The room was on the street - exit of a freeway, it was really loud all night. There is a bar and some sort of truck work going on. It was so loud. I asked to speak to a manager they said they would call me asap it is four days later no manager. I spoke to the front desk they were not helpful. Yet charged me for upgrade. And cleaning crew spoke about me in the hall, I speak spanish. I understood it all. I was told $35 fee waived for waiting an hour but no discounts on bill, not shocked There is supposed to be breakfast/food but restaurant is roped off. I am not sure what the resort fee is for, no AC, no pool, no food, no parking, no working fridge, no nothing. Will never be back!!

Perfect location and within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops!!

Hotel was in a nice location and room was fine. Lower star rating because of poor customer service. We had a power outage the morning we checked out and were planning on staying up until check out (to walk around town). We left around 8 am instead due to the outage. When I asked about compensation, the manager just said it was not their fault and there would be no compensation. The response was absent an apology or empathy. That's just basic customer service.

Great rooms with easy access to an amazing downtown with amazing shops and restaurants.

They gave me a better room than before.

Needs some updating. There was a gap under my door to my from from the hallway. The bartender was very friendly and the service was great, but the food was not.

Loved that it’s right in downtown Los Gatos.

Walkable to everywhere in LG

The hotel was clean and updated. The staff was efficient and knowledgeable. Downtown was walkable and had many options.

Kitchen closed. Bar closed. At times it was hard to find staff. No bedside charging nor outlets.

I wish the bar was open.

Close to all the restaurants and shopping

Upgraded our room. Lovely front desk staff. Room was well appointed

Localisation parfaite: à pied on peut explorer le downtown de Los Gatos et marcher plus loin si on veut. La chambre est large mais il y a de la place non utilisé, j'aurais aimé un autre armoir par exemple ou un table plus large pour l'ordinateur. Il faudrait peut-etre renover la douche / bagnoire. Le petit dejeuner c'est inclus mais un peu minimal. Par contre il y a le Los Gatos Roasting Company à 5 minutes à pieds où trouver des cappuccinos excellents y des cheescakes etc. Je n'ai pas essayé le gym mais il me semblait un peu petit. Parking très pratique. C'est la deuxième fois que je retourne ici et je me trouve bien.

There was nothing outstanding here. Hotel is very much in need of an upgrade as it is dreary and very dull. That being said, it is quiet and clean.

Beautiful and spacious. Had a wonderful time here! The breakfast is simple just fyi! bagels, pastries, yogurt, and coffee.

Very nice property in every way except the room was small amd the bar isnt open on Sundays, the day we arrived, and room drrvice is not offered. Otherwise very nice.
