Clearly going through renovations, wish the gym was open, but still a great location and loved that my room opened up to the pool. Great spot for work travel.

Still remodeling the lobby but it will look nice when finished.Supposedly the rooms have been renovated… a new mirror is really all I noticed. The hair dryer is supposed to be hanging on the wall but is not so awkward to use.The rooms need a lot more work but probably isn’t going to happen. The location is good for us as close to family. There is an executive airport nearby so you will hear a few airplanes. The pool courtyard is nice.

Good hotel - it was just a 1-night stay and had a friendly greeting at the front desk. There is major renovation going on, but it didn’t impact us, other than aesthetics. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool looked good, but we didn’t use it. Breakfast was average with cereal, waffles, yogurt, fruit and juice. Nice and quiet area with nearby places to eat and shop. Price and hotel worked great for us and we would stay here again. No problems.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several time while traveling to Dallas for work. It felt like the perfect choice to stay there with my wife as we traveled for vacation this time. The price is $50 less than other hotels of the same quality. It’s in a very nice safe area and I absolutely recommend it for business or leisure with family. Very very safe .

We stay here every time we make a trip to Dallas. We know the hotel is located in a safe and convenient location. The hotel itself is clean and provides a welcoming atmosphere it also has a nice continental breakfast.

My stay has been good overall. The only concern I have is that I put the dont disturb sign on my door but the house keeper still knocked on my door at 930 am waking me up. Check out isnt until 11am. Also i paid to stay over one extra night. They disturbed me early in the morning.

Stay was good but be advised the hotel is undergoing renovations. It is in a quiet part of town and easy to access downtown and SMU

I was so comfortable at this Quinta Inn, its was very nice and quiet. I will be back when I return to Dallas Texas.

Bilder auch hier wieder vermutlich von der Eröffnung. Nicht mal die Farbe der Außenversade stimmte überein. Das Inventar ist in die Jahre gekommen. Gym wegen Umbauarbeiten nicht verfügbar. Durch die Arbeiten viele Stellen im Hotel verschmutzt. Personal allerdings freundlich und bemüht.

Leider waren im ganzen Hotel Bauarbeiten und dementsprechend unsaubere Stellen. Die eingestellten Fotos müssen schon älter gewesen sein, da das gesamte Hotel bereits in die Jahre gekommen ist. Gym war nicht verfügbar. Personal allerdings war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Quiet room updated clean and close to work

The property has been undergoing remodeling, but the repairs have been done without much effort. Things are still very outdated. Their painter was very messy at his job, the bathtub was in bad shape, etc. Breakfast was okay, but the tables weren’t always clean.

Only reason for lower stars is because it’s under construction. So garden lobby and pool are not open to use. Otherwise all great. Large room, nice breakfast friendly staff
