I am very satisfied the stay at this hotel.

Hotel is very convenient and very close to all establishments specially to the beach. I wanna stay again there is our next vacation. Highly recommended

The Aqua Palms Waikiki hotelfit my needs to a T. It's a 3 star condo hotel with housekeeping every other day, perfect for my self travelling alone. The bathroon is small, but the hot water in the shower was wonderful. I liked that my room faced the busy Ala Moana Blvd. I like to see what's going on in it was fairly quiet putside after 9pm. I had a view of Diamond Head in the distance. The bed and pliws were comfy. Staff helpful. Location near restaurants, and shops in the Hilton Hawaiian Village made for a relaxing vacation.

Trick, lie, unhonesty

室内は清潔感があり、大人1人、子供1人で泊まりましたが、充分な広さで快適でした。 窓からはダイヤモンドヘッドが見えました。 ピンクトローリーがホテル前に停まるのも便利でした。 一つ欠点をあげると、交通量の多い道路があるので、寝る時は音が気になりました。 その他は満足です。

poor elevator service

ワイキキにもアラモアナにも行きやすい中間という感じ ワイキキ方面のバスもトロリーもホテルの目の前でとまります！(アラモアナ方面は向かいの道路) ウォーターサーバーがロビーにあり。 日本人スタッフも喋れる人もいないので少しきつかったです。 部屋は古いし綺麗ではないですが、掃除はされてるし、バスタオルタオル交換は2日に一回してくれます。ゴミの交換も2日に一回。 ビーチタオルカードを3枚くれますが、一枚でタオル2枚でもくれます！ 窓をしめても騒音はあり。壁も薄いです。エアコン、換気扇の音もおっきい。赤ちゃんいましたが特に問題なし！ エレベーター３つあるが、一つ修理中？で結構待ちます。

Totally recommend Aqua palms will definitely stay here again on my next trip to waikiki mahalo to all the staff!

Everything was great

The staff and management are very friendly. I was not told in advance that the pool was going to be closed during the day on my first three days at the property. On top of that, they charged a $30/day resort fee, which should have been credited back for the days the pool was not available. There's nothing else resort related offered at this property.

Great location, friendly staff, accommodated our request for rooms next to each other at a high floor, relatively clean hotel, comfy beds, pool was closed and only available between 5pm and 10pm during spring break which seems not well planned

Access to public transport was limited. Lack of affordable dining options around area.

It was a great time there hope to go back soon.

Excellent area, close to the beach, clean rooms, great front desk staff. All the staff members from house keeping to maintenance are super polite and friendly. I definitely recommend this place.Also, very convenient to catch buses/ public transportation.

Everything was great beside there was roaches n my room and i notify front desk and housekeeping came and sprayed certain area n yes they did offer to move me but i chosen not to move all my stuff again

Great stay for the price.
