The room was very spacious and accommodating. The staff were very gracious and most helpful to us with any questions that we had The breakfast and dinners were very good. Excellent varieties of food and tapas Parking garage was a plus I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Granada Would definitely return

Excellent experience at this hotel. Fantastic staff, excellent room for a standard room, the bed was enormous and very comfortable. The bathroom had a walk in shower and toiletries. Everywhere was so clean. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet. The only downside was the evening meals in the restaurant, we had to send the salmon back twice but they didn't put it on the bill so fair play. Their cakes are luscious. Parking is very tight and don't tailgate as a big metal shutter comes down! Taxis with you in less than 5 mins at the hotel and taxi drivers are wonderful.

It was all good except Wi-Fi was very spotty and weak, especially in late afternoon and evening.

The restaurant food was not good at all. The breakfast was acceptable, just like everywhere else. If you have a large car, then think about parking somewhere else, the parking access and ramps are very narrow. We had a large van (7 seater) and I could not find a spot in the parking for it and had to do alot of reverse and forward to go through the ramp.

Love the place, amazing staff, breakfast was delicious, I highly recommend this place

Location is close to train station but not so close of Cathedral and Plaza Isabel la Católica Overall an excellent chioce

Stationnement étroit, mais personnel sur place pour aider. Wifi capricieux. A distance de marche du centre de Grenade.

Wonderful buffet breakfast. Clean modern rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Very walkable to sights and dining.

Everything is great. I did not like they asked to pay to keep the luggages after check out. Never I have encountered this worldwide. This policy should be changed

El hotel es muy bonito, es tranquilo, limpio, muy bien ubicado, se puede caminar los alrededores, tiene un restaurant muy bueno abierto desde temprano hasta tarde, buena comida y precios económicos muy razonables

An adequate hotel. Impressed by check in. Helpful front desk staff. Parking is very tight. Don’t try to park a large vehicle in hotel’s facilities. Hotel is quite dated but well maintained.
