Room in back towards pool and open property. The door was so rotted I could have kicked it in. Safety latch would not line up do to door. Room was ok.

One specific incident mentioned is the eviction of a mother with three children due to unregistered children, while, concurrently, residents with unleashed dogs causing disturbances and safety concerns are reportedly tolerated. Regarding financial practices, it is stated that the $100 deposit is only waived for bookings made directly through the company website. We got there at 1PM, expecting to have an early checkin. Unfortunately, the lady in the front desk told us the internet was down and she couldn’t do a full checkin. She gave us room 209 which at first was fine, shortly after seeing the room we left to have lunch. We come back around 4pm, the staff turned on the AC Unit and it smelled like mold in the room. We asked for s different room, that room had roaches. At that point we gave up, the lady at the front desk during the night shift was rude and seemed annoyed by us asking questions. At the end we were never given a room key due to them not having internet. They couldn’t do a full checkin but still managed to charge me the room fee and the deposit fee. I wasn’t given a receipt either. I will never stay here.

There was no there to check us in for hours we end up booking a room next door hotel

Property was filthy i had encounters with bugs and the hotel didnt want to change rooms so I had to leave a day early

Easy check-in, the room was clean and cool, and the beds were comfortable. Bianca at the front desk was very nice as always and gave us a great location, close to parking that was easily accessible for my mom. Thank you :)

The hotel is older but everything was clean and the staff friendly.

Unable to rest due to all the people hanging outside their rooms and being very loud. And NO COFFEE NOR BREAKFAST.

They charge a 3% fee, which was not mentioned. ID's for everyone required.

I was not super impressed by this property. Our room was large and clean and that’s really all we needed for the 2 nights we were there but I was very uncomfortable outside of my room.

A little noise at night but over all good stay Veronica was amazing

Couldn't use Pool as it was green and finally a closed sign placed on gate day we were leaving (we stayed a week), top of door to room was bent inwards and had to fight with keypad every time. Asked for toilet paper and was told had to wait until next day, and they never sent any. We had bought our own after that. We were told to check out room for our approval before finishing registering in. So we checked. I took pictures of the door, the tub where the seam is coming away from the wall, how the bathrm floorboard wasn't quite right, scratches on table, under sink area a bit worn, cracked window pane, holes in bathrm door from poss a prior hook latch removed. When we went to the desk to show what we saw so as to not be held responsible for the prior damages, we were told that they knew about those issues ( except the doors, and loose toilet seat). The room was large, we liked the large sink, could do dishes, good size fridge. Husband had tightened the toilet seat as no one came by to address. Did have flushing issues 2 days later, the repairman did come the following day to get the water tank to hold water again. Lost Internet service. How this place can run on such minimal staff we don't know. We saw a total of 4 persons the whole week. 2 at desk upon registering in, the maintenance guy, and 1 on day we were leaving. Had reviewed info provided on Web site prior and this place has a high rating. That's why we chose this place. Overall disappointed, and will not return.

Was great… no complaints and great neighbours

While are stay, there were swastikas on the floor near the ice machine. And a lot of uncomfortable situations surrounding that. Staff passed by there daily an no one erased it. Made me as a Hispanic feel uncomfortable and unsafe for me and my family

The property it's okay. They do need more front desk staff so that they don't have to keep closing the front desk every time they have to go inspect a room. Jason was amazing, super helpful. They do need to invest in new mattresses and pillows , the mattress have holes because they're so old and the pillows are so skinny and uncomfortable.

The doors to the rooms especially mine had been kicked in. Had no dead bolt lock, extreme difficulties opening and closing, not a safe place. The rooms appeared clean terrible mustie smell

Pool was not swimmable. One washer was not draining and spinning making three runs on the dryer (3 hours shot).

Check in was easy, the room was clean, the area was quiet and we were very comfortable. Bianca and Sheila were both very friendly and accommodating at the front desk. Would definitely recommend.
