Bien placé, equipements sympa, chambre tres bien, personnel aux petits soins. Seul petit bémol l hotel meriterait un bon coup de renovation.

Rien à dire sur le séjour mais très mauvais souvenir d'Hitels.com....j'avais pris une assurance annulation qui s'est avérée trompeuse et inutile n'ayant pu annuler mon séjour en toute simplicité alors que l'option payante fait croire le contraire...le client doit se débrouiller avec un lien et un questionnaire qui débute en français et finit en Anglais.C'est au prestataire qui propose l'option et encaisse de le faire sans oublier les conditions exigées...certificat médical à produire etc....tout le contraire de ce que laisse penser l'option "annulation ".....cela mérite un signalement à la DGCCRF....à noter qu'ayant pris une nuitée supplémentaire dans un hôtel de prestige,ce dernier m'a proposé gracieusement,l'annulation jusqu'à la veille.....désormais,je passerai directement par l'hôtelier...je ne me sentirai pas pigeonner de 18 € pour une pseudo assurance annulation qui doit en permettre sans justification une annulation.....cette dernière se révèle totalement inutile pour la réservation d'une chambre.

Hotel was great Only negative comment is that it is tired

Query the room for disabled visitors with walk in shower. had to go in the lift walk the length of the hotel and down in lift to access room 301. Very happy with reception who were very willing to change our original room to one with the walk-in shower.. my only query is why you had to go up along and down to access this room. Otherwise, everything perfect, thank you..

The hotel is set in the beautiful town of Le Touquet just 50 minutes from Calais and 15 minutes from the main town and beach by foot.

Nice hotel in a quiet location. Short walk into the centre of town.

Spacieux, confortable et très calme. Personnel souriant et à l'écoute.

Hotel qui merite un rafraîchissement

A lovely hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. The swimming pool is a nice size, We will definitely be back in the summer.

L’hôtel est dans son "jus", mériterait un bon rafraîchissement mais le personnel est à l'écoute. Bon emplacement, et qualité du restaurant très bien. Etablissement pas réellement adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite (accès piscine, accès chambre) mais j'ai l'impression que c'est dog friendly donc un petit plus. Un ascenseur en panne, jacuzzi de la piscine en panne également Parking assez petit mais ayant de la place disponible

séjour très agréable. la chambre est bien et confortable. Le café a disposition dans la chambre et la bouteille d'eau sont des attentions délicates. La piscine top et nous avons passé un très bon moment seul bémol : la baignoire est très étroite et la douche non adaptée a une personne très grande . les toilettes sont a l'écart ce qui est un plus par contre la chasse d'eau est difficile a manipulée. un enfant n'a pas assez de force pour appuyer dessus.

Perfect location to walk directly into Le Touquet.

Arrived early around 2pm. Room was not ready until nearly 4pm which is formal check in time. Staff all helpful. Main thing to note was that spiral stair case to bedrooms unsafe but lift is fine

Séjour très agréable chambre super bien et personnel très aimable J'y reviendrai sans problème

Staff very friendly. Last visited 15 years ago and looking tired now. Most uncomfortable bed. Won’t be visiting again.

The lobby needed some comfortable chairs and the bar area was cold and not comfortable

Acceder au bout du RDC par un escalier a monter et a redescendre nul ou par un ascenseur RDC/ 1ER et 1ER /RDC NUL

A little out of town but made us do our steps every day. Lovely hotel and great that we could park right beside our room. We loved sitting outside the room on the grass during the nice weather. Made the room seem bigger. Great bed that was super comfortable.
