The property & room was very nice. It was clean & well taken care of. Staff was professional & friendly.

Everything was good until the front desk guy was wanting an extra deposit. After i already paid.

The staff was VERY nice and helpful. The hotel itself is right in the middle of everything in Easley, SC. You can walk to so many restaurants. The rooms are okay, but for the price they are very good. The pool was open and ready to go in May. The ease of extending the reservation TWICE, was handled with ease. I cannot say enough good about this hotel in Easley.

We did not stay. We were there 20 minutes & a roach ran up the wall. I requested a refund & we left. It was 1am. We just wanted to see The Pretty Place Chapel. We didn’t see it😔

Noisy

Decent and clean for a one night stay.

The sheets were not clean, they had some sort of gritty debris on them. The room smelt really damp, they should have had the a/c fan going but it was turned off.

Much of the furniture was in disrepair. One dresser drawer had no bottom. Most of the rest was scractched or otherwise dinged.

The shower head leaked so they pulled the trim piece down from the wall to stop the water from spraying every where. Four of my six showers I had no hot hot water it was at best Luke warm. Do not stay there. Gotta pay double the price to use the hot tub. The manager told me you don’t wanna use it because you gotta pay an extra 200 dollars a day to use the hot tub. 😡😡😡

The remote didn't work ask for batteries still didn't work no do not disturb ask for one don't have any tell them didn't want service did it anyway and didn't leave any towels all and all beds slept good nice and quiet everything was near by

Everything was fine

It was horrible. Dogs barked all night. People yelling outside the room door at all hours. Rude front desk lady. Unhelpful manager who doesn't follow Days Inn rules and procedures. It was a waste of my money to stay here and I never will again and I'm going to tell everybody not to stay there. Go across the street to the Quality Inn.

Room was nothing fancy but okay. Problem was the walls are very thin. So much outside and inside noise. Room adjoining had people talking all night and playing TV. Very little rest.

Dog in the room next to us barking frequently. No ice in machine but customer service took care of it. Train and truck noises in the night
