The person on the phone could not offer to check for a Tesla charging station nor for the access to a non handicap room, there were no even cups for water to brush our teeth the hotel lacks of almost all the Hilton amenities and class, the place was dark an the parking was very limited.

This hotel exceeded my expectations- our room was spacious and so clean and comfortable. Our stay was brief, just a one-night stopover on a long roadtrip, but it was a comforting respite from our journey.

Unfortunately, this hotel was substandard. I was thinking it would be average. I was not for this hotel chain.

Newer remodeled hotel. Clean and comfortable. Don't the location discourage you using this hotel. It's not a bad location but not many businesses immediately close by.

Rare to see a property with no coffee maker and no microwave, even of lesser quality. The agent was not able to produce keys for the room. Somebody had to escort you to open with a master key. This was a great inconvenience and created uncertainty. Incredibly not able to fix the problem through the whole stay.

Staff went above and beyond and had a great attitude

Hotel is located in an industrial area which, when you are not from the area you have no clue. They were pet friendly but upon arrival they told me the fee for my dog was $50 per night.. that’s just crazy.. that fee should be posted on hotel.com website.

People were super nice. Room clean.

Their key card maker stopped working. They could not get it fixed during our stay. So, we had to wait for someone to open our door every time we wanted to get in. They had to do this for every single guest.

Floor was squeaky and they didnt fill the shampoo or body wash

The hotel was very nice inside but it ‘s located in a semi- industrial area. Needed better s signage or have its name painted on the building.

This was my 1st time staying at Spark. Its a nice hotel right off the highway. Quiet area with plenty of free parking. Walls a kinda thin so you can hear people walking but wasn't too bad. Bed was comfy anfbthe place is clean. Bathroom was very small. TVs have streaming options you can log into which was a nice addition. Only stayed for an overnight trip but I'd definitely return.

Our stay at the Sparks Hotel was mixed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, it is an old hotel and does not live up to the Hilton brand. There was no lockbox in the room and no microwave. The only microwave was beside the receptionist's area. Bagels, mini-muffins, and hard boiled eggs, although peeled, in a bowl do not measure up to a full breakfast. Also, the pictures of the hotel do not prepare one for the neighborhood in which it is located. It was not pleasant driving up to it. If we had known the location, we would have chosen another hotel. At the same time, having a bed, a heated room, a roof over our heads, and being able to shower, was a blessing. We praise the Lord for having those items being available. As I said, we have mixed feelings about our stay. The staff did the best that they could with what they had. Our main complaint is that the name "Hilton" carries a certain expectation, and the Sparks Hotel does not have it.

Disappointed when they told me I needed to pay $250 for a deposit on top of what I already paid. The elevator had an old out of date inspection date. The breakfast was not the best I would be looking into a better breakfast.
