I was up in this part of town for a friend's bar mitzvah and didnt want to drive back and forth to the valley, as there was a long break in the day between the ceremony and the party. i found this hotel bc it was close to the venue that night. Check in was easy. Room was a little dirty, hair on the bathroom floor, stains, etc. Bed was fine. Overall, ok for a pit stop.

Loved the hot tube and pool, very clean and warm!

Nice stay, i hope next time i stay there is on 3 floor.

Nothing out of the ordinary. Professional front desk staff, adequate housekeeping. All in all, just an average stay,well within my expectations.

Checkin was terrible

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were extremely helpful when our first room has an ant problem. They moved us to a much bigger room within the same day. The facilities were clean and comfortable and the housekeeping was outstanding. It was a convenient location overall.

Lobby, lounge and room were all very nice. Only complaint I have is the parking garage they teamed up with. Try to charge me oversized for my nissian frontier short bed. The problem I had with that was when I checked it in they said nothing about it being oversized. They waited til I picked it up.

The room was clean but they did not provide basic amenities like lotion or shower cap. The door on the shower only opens one way.

Booked this place for one night. Checked in right before midnight and had to leave for work at 7:00AM the next morning. I was rushing and i forgot to grab my jacket before i leave. After i got to my workplace i had to call the front desk at the Hotel around 9:00am telling them i left my jacket there. Then After being on hold for a few, i was told there is nothing left and they cannot find anthing. I was so shocked and disapointed cuz that was impossible. I am So mad and I still don’t understand this i am 0 sure i left my jacket there:((
