3 night stay. Comfortable beds. Pool area was peaceful. Staff was nice. Room was clean.

It was close to the highway.

The staff was very friendly and the location is convenient to I-95 and FAU. No complaints there! We had a suite and it was just okay. There was a horrible odor in the room. They had no more suites available so moving rooms wasn’t an option. I stopped a housekeeper and she gave me a bottle of air freshener. It barely helped. The furniture in the room is out dated. The couch was an oval shape, super uncomfortable and had stains on it along with the throw pillows. The bathroom was tiny and cramped. The tub caulking was stained and it looked like a 4 year old applied it. The hotel rooms definitely need updating! Maybe start with new carpet to get rid of the horrible smell.

Rooms were comfortable

Besides having to walk a great distance to the room, I would recommend this hotel. Major renovations going on , which blocked easy access to parking. The pool was heated and clean the hot tub also. I would stay here again.

Everyone on staff was kind and went out of their way to help me. We’ve stayed here previously and will be back again. It’s located so close to FAU, which makes it perfect for dorm move in/out. Walking trails nearby and lots of food options a short car ride away.

Portion of first floor was under renovation and was cordoned off but there was a strong chemical odor in the open in-use hallway. Did not smell healthy. Bed was very comfortable. A fridge and microwave would have been useful additions.

I just love this hotel. It never lets me down.

The property was very nice. The room was clean and nice. Only difficulty was no microwave. We went to desk and asked and they did bring us a complimentary one. Our frig was more like a freezer. Shower was very easy as it was a roll in. Was surprised there was no exhaust fan in bathroom. Took a while for mirror to clear and room to cool down after shower. Also would have been nice if breakfast was included.

Outdated. Good area not open in morning. I called with a late arrival and I had to lean on the buzzer for 15 mins until someone came to help me. Hallways were filthy.

Failed to charge for room at property. Untrained staff error. Charged security deposit and held it. Proceeded to charge the card on file 8 times for different amounts while the charge was still pending for the booking. Charged $3 in error as well for nothing. Would not recommend.

There are so many reasons NOT to stay here! Fitness center was out of service...the elevator next to my room was out of service. Housekeeping was terrible! I will never, ever stay at this dog motel again.

Property is ok . Prices are great. I would recommend.

The room smell like sweat, the fitness and laundry room were closed. A small pool and a tiny jacuzzi. Some areas were roped off and the elevators need updating.

Staff was friendly, surrounding area offered choice of places to eat and go out Bad was comfortable but the mattress was too high and it was difficult to get on it For short ppl and older customers a step stool must be provided It was a challenge to climb up.
