Hotel was in good location. Hotel was a bit old with some improvements. Our room was big, but could use a good scrubbing!

Wonderful staff, so willing to help.

The room was extremely dirty, like proper cleaning had not been done in a long time. Hot tub and pool area were also very dirty all around. Housekeeping came in our room but did not actually make beds, replace coffee or towels. The only thing done was garbages.

Staff was great!!! I really appreciated their help and hospitality but our sheets were dirty and the hotel was smaller than anticipated. The bathrooms could use some renovations as it was quite outdated but I appreciated the flooring was updated and the mini fridge was a decent size

The staff was polite, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was just okay, rooms were comfortable overall, but they could have used more attention to detail. Unfortunately, the bathroom floor had a noticeable amount of hair left behind from the previous guest, which took away from the initial impression of cleanliness. That was my one complaint. On a positive note, we really enjoyed the pool area and the pool lodge, which ended up being a highlight of our stay and a great place to relax. Despite a few shortcomings, it wasn’t a bad hotel overall. With some improvements to housekeeping, it could be a much better experience. We would consider staying here again in the future.

My room was very clean and quite comfortable. This is a good motel if you are looking for a place to spend a night or two, nothing fancy just clean and comfortable.

Its an older hotel but clean. Looks like some upgrade has been made. Staff very helpfull. Pool is bigger than most hotels and clean. Hot tub is hot but jets don't work apparently been that state for some time. For price location to downtown. I would recommend.

Excellent, accomodative and friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable and bedding was all new and fresh.

Staff was incredibly helpful when we asked about possibly staying an extra night, allowing us until well past check out time to confirm. Very tasty breakfast was available in the morning

Great value for your money

Ease of checking in with staff and placement of my room was near hot tub as I asked staff how long it was open. Room was sufficient for my needs as a solo traveller looking for a place to sleep. Not rated a 5 star as jets on the hot tub were not working and staff didn’t inform me of this issue until closing of the pool area. They did however stated parts have been ordered and expect the hot tub to be fully functional by next week

No options for breakfast, windows had air coming through them and looked unfinished, freezing room that didn’t warm up
