Wonderful service and extremely pleasant team

This is our 8th or 9th stay with you as we have family in Old Greenwich. The renovations are welcomed and it's nice to have dining once again at the hotel. There is not enough staff at the restaurant/bar area though. We had to add our drinks at the reception desk because no one came to bring us our check on the evening of 6/27/25. Also the back entrance from the parking area needs to be kept swept and clean.

no power room wasnt great noisy

Lovely hotel. Wonderful atrium full of space, light, plants and trees. Comfortable room.

This is a fantastic hotel. Hyatt is always a nice stay but this particular place was a really great place. The staff is very professional and courteous, the coffee shop/market makes great lattes, the bar in the lobby is a real class act...I've stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels.....Old Greenwich Hyatt is a 8 star.....

A room without internet is like having no power. I have called front desk 5 times. They told me they reset router but nothing happen.

Hotel was so loud. Construction everywhere.

The room was spacious. The closet & mirror area way too dark. The front desk not well informed.

Nice hotel,but tub wouldn't drain,fire at the hotel caused some problems ,some of the staff were excellent some not.Was thinking about extending one more day of my stay,but was quoted a very high rate for one extra nite,after going through minor problems.

Hyatt OG continues to be a fine hotel. Staff and facility are top notch. I’ve been numerous times over the years since they opened and an extra special place to return “home” and visit family!👍
