Check in time was at 3pm, we arrived at 5pm and there wasn't a room available, the lady at the front desk as very nice, she was able to find us a room, so we get our key and go

Lobby super shabby, room maybe clean but really creepy, 100% saw a tiny roach on the wall in the room, chair broken, tattered upholstery, bugs flying in through cracks around the unsealed door, heard voices from guests all night. Did not feel safe. Worst breakfast presentation and food I have ever seen. The staff was nice.

The first room they gave us was not clean, and the staff had an attitude when I went down to let them know. It took a while for them to find another room for us, and no one ever apologized for the inconvenience. The pictures online definitely do not match what you see when you arrive at the property.

Good basic room with no frills. The bed was okay, and the bathroom was good. Could have used a dresser or more furniture. Didn’t try the breakfast.

Front office is good, but place is very awful and over price for what is offered. Room are not like shows on line

I appreciate the staff's efforts, even when dealing with ongoing projects. It seems the updates are currently affecting the overall appearance of the area. The fresh paint is likely impacting the cleanliness, and some furniture may be missing.

Old, dirty, smelly… looks like motel … definitely not a 2 star hotel… old ..dirty so smelly, homeless on property…

There seemed to be individuals nearby that made me feel unsafe to stay, luckily it was just for one night, quick sleep for a few hours and leave next day. Lobby was alone for a bit when I attempted to check in, the staff member was outside he didn’t have anyone else to help check in if needed. Breakfast provided is fine for a quick bite on the go. Other than that I do not have much more to comment

The property was dirty, homeless people sleeping around, someone also knock on my door close to 12pm i called reception and they said to just call 911 if someone came in again. There was nothing they can do.

Staff were friendly and check in/out was very easy. The bathroom was in pretty poor condition- lots of damage in an older shower, shower head was at chest level, shower dirty, missing a wood panel on floor, lower wall at shower slightly caving inwards. Additionally, stains on bedding and lots of stains on mattress I discussed when tucking pillows under sheet for a barrier for my toddler. The bed had the older metal frame which is fine but was sticking out creating a safety concern.

Maid service had to be requested it wasn't automatic. If towels were needed had to ask so basically service was none existent unless it was asked for.

Wasn’t what I was expecting from the Wyndham brand. Not sure I’m going back.

The hotel is horrible. It was a mess, there are homeless people on the premises, nobody asks them to leave. The trashes are always full, there was a dirty diaper just thrown outside our door, poop was lying all around it. The elevators smell like pee & are filthy. There was a roach in our room. We had a no smoking room and it reeked of cigarettes, there were born marks all over the bathroom. Nobody cleaned for our three night stay. The pool was filthy, you can’t swim in it. Full off leaves, dirt and trash people leave around. The breakfast was not great. They let a man down in the breakfast area with his dogs. The dogs smelled terrible and people were tripping over them. Not service dogs just his pets. The breakfast area is only big enough for about 3 people so this man standing in there with his dog took up the space. At night, people use this hotel as a place to party. A man from the hotel was fixing his Motorcycle right next to our room, revving it until about 1am and after a bunch of people partied around him. I have never stayed at such a disgusting place, we’re the staff did not care what anyone staying on the premises did.

Wifi and cable was horrible unable to use either

It was filthy dirty, old and did not feel safe as a solo traveler. It confirmed my future hotel stays to pay an extra $100 to stay in better rooms.

It was noisy throughout the night and felt unsafe. The coffee machine wasn't working, there were no extra fresh towels, overall unsatisfactory experience.

The hotel says Wyndham hotel, so you expect a level of niceties. The bed were soft. The room was clean. The bathroom sink would clog. We told the front desk but nothing was done about it. The property has vagrants everywhere, especially at night. The "continental" breakfast was not what was anticipated. Lacking in variety and options. The pool was ok, there were pool towels outside. The property has signs posted everywhere No Smoking, but the cigarette butts by the signs clearly let you know people do not read. There was ample parking. The tv is a small tv. There was a fridge that needed defrosting. A microwave that was ok, loud though. The comforters had stains on them. The towels were clean. For the price a fair place to stay. I would stay there again more so than a motel 6.
