The hotel seemed to out of things. They don’t have coffee in the lobby but did not have anything but decaf k-cups. The shampoo & conditioner in shower were empty like they weren’t checked.

Fresh and trendy looking property, a great choice for an unexpected stop on a road trip!

Clean and comfortable

The staff was amazing. We stayed 2 nights and every staff member we encountered were aamazing, nice, and sweet.

One night stay was good . Very early Shuttle was excellent. Food in cafe was descent . The hotel was convenient and served the purpose. I would book there again. The early shuttle to the airport is what I appreciated most and Brandon ,the desk clerk was professional and cordial .

Fix the elevator please.

The elevators were broken

One elevator wasn’t operational, never changed our linens, and guests or housekeeping left dirty linen in the hallways. Receptionists were very nice and the rooms themselves were decent.

This is a beautiful, stylish hotel with spacious rooms and GREAT hospitality and customer service. Definitely adding it to my Harrisburg hotels list!

Units for heat or ac didn’t work. Children screaming all hours of the night on the floor I was on making it hard to sleep and inconvenient
