Room was clean beds were comfortable. Not Much else to say. Hotel was a bit loud due to a kids badminton tournament

Very clean and quiet hotel. Kind and attentive staff, clean pool, huge hot tub with jets and an easy check in/out process.

Sound control between guest rooms poor. Could hear conversation in adjoining room. Awakened at 2:00am with someone walking the hallway talking on their phone, went on for 30 plus minutes. Tried to call front desk only to find in room telephone did not work.

Delta Saint John obviously takes great care in hiring their staff. Top notch service from front desk to concierge to dining staff with 37 years experience (at the MIX - aka the Delta’s restaurant). Always friendly and always willing to take care of you. I have used this hotel for over 25 years for business trips. This last one was personal and I was disappointed. Thank you for the personal friendly service and great amenities. As always - I will be back.
