Hello Thr room was good and the waitress at the restaurant in the morning was very kind but no the person who worked at reception first I’m still waiting for my deposit back and thy don’t know why I have two charge if the said me that will be only 150 and I have two charge I need my money back

Yes it was! The hotel amenities were superb and I liked everything. Only thing I’ll say which is more of a personal preference is I’m not a fan of the vent and light being connected to the same switch in the bathroom. Asides that I had a good stay and would be back again !!!

Our only complaints were that the Whirlpool was not very hot and the whirlpool pump did not work when you set a timer for it. Also the pool water was not very clear, it was a bit murky.

The hotel is old but very clean , The staff is very kind , it really made our stay wonderful , Dhiaj at front desk was super helpful and sweet to my girl , they are very patient with kids , I will definitely come back .

Friendly and pleasant staff! Clean hotel. Located in downtown Montreal so everything was easy to get to with 20-30min walking

At the check in I was upgraded for a room with more space and it was more than welcome. Globally quiet even if it was a busy week end.
