Great place, clean and friendly.

Habían cucarachas dentro del televisor, cucarachas dentro de la plancha, cucarachas en los muebles. Encendí el televisor y las cucarachas salían corriendo del mismo Demasiado ruidoso, habitaciones, en un segundo piso, donde el primer piso es un club nocturno para bailar, escucha la música toda la noche. De no volver jamás!

Close to the airport - free shuttle on the hour was reliable. A bit tired but clean and comfortable. Onsite cafe. Good price. Easy online check in and out. Staff on reception helpful. Stayed overnight in transit.

Good, but no elevator, you have to bring all your luggage by the stairs.

This hotel does NOT have an elevator. So beware.... U must drag ur suitcases up all those steps. The room was a bit cramped but other then that it was OK. Nice pool area to sit around and the restaurant food was amazing.

Stay was just for a quick overnight before our flight the next morning. Front desk was friendly and quick, which I am glad of because we were tired. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the Dove soaps and shampoos was a nice touch. Have stayed here in the past and would definitely stay again.

Very busy place… only 1 staff at check in at 10:00 pm… long line! Staff knocked 2 times then entered room at 11:00 am as we were hurrying to check out

The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

The pool was great however the air conditioning did not work great and they had no fans. It was loud until very late as well.

Staff was very friendly and informative. Although we were unable to use the shuttle from hotel to the port of Miami the staff located a cab for us that allow us to stop at a store before going to the port of Miami.
