Excellent location and rooms

The main building is amazing, both the bar and the restaurant are good.

Nous y allions pour la troisième fois. Bonne literie, personnel agréable, room service ok et c'est toujours très plaisant de prendre un verre dans la galerie en bas. Les points faibles : nous avons appelé la réception pour faire la chambre en leur indiquant que nous sortions et quand nous sommes revenus 1h plus tard le ménage avait été un peu survolé : il restait des verres et une bouteille de coca vide du room service de la veille, peu de serviettes avaient été remises dans la salle de bain et il y avait quelques miettes dans le lit. Nous avons aussi des Pringles qui nous avaient été facturés en mini bar au check-out alors que nous n'en avions pas pris (cela a été rectifié). Bref, des détails, rien de terrible, mais un peu dommage au vu du tarif et du standing de l’hôtel.

Room was ok, lots of people smoking on their balconies and smoke got into our room…house keeping just move our stuff around.. no nicely made up rooms.. no one went above and beyond… with all the choices of hotels you have when you travel I would not stay again…

Everything is great mostly , prefers to see security scan to access to elevator or security presence would help prevent random ppl roaming around the hotel

Bonjour C’est la 4eme fois que nous venons en famille et ça sur au moins les 15 dernières années et c’est toujours en plaisir et un bon moment en famille… merci Pour info nous étions dans la foulée à New York au Plaza Fairmont… et au niveau service il n’y a pas photo c’est bien Trianon palace qui est au dessus avec un meilleur qualité prix

Staff

We absolutely loved our stay. After staying at a few other accommodations in Paris, we were so relieved to find a hotel with large rooms and a bathtub! After days of walking around Europe, a nice tub soak was so appreciated. The property was incredible, we ate at the Gordon Ramsay restaurant, and while pricey, was definitely worth it. We will definitely be staying here our next trip to Paris.

Old rooms, smelly, service below average, apparently half the hotel is 4 star but they don’t disclose that when you book, orders burger and it was soo bad had to return it

La salle de bain et notamment la douche n’est pas au niveau.,étroite avec un faible débit d’eau et une robinetterie de douche dépassée. Rien à dire sur les autres thèmes.

Expedia lists the Waldorf Astoria Versailles as a single entity, but in reality, it comprises two adjacent hotels—a 5-star and a 4-star—an important distinction that isn't immediately clear. Upon arrival, we discovered that our reservation was for the 4-star hotel. Our choice was driven by the proximity to Versailles and, crucially, the availability of parking for our rental vehicle. While the staff were generally friendly and the meals in the restaurant were pleasant, our overall experience was significantly marred by what felt like a lack of attention and care for guests staying in the 4-star hotel. The most glaring issue was the room temperature. Despite it being early November, our room was uncomfortably hot, and we learned that the air conditioning had been turned off for the season. When we contacted the concierge, their only suggestion was to open a window. We did so, as the room was otherwise too warm to sleep in. Unfortunately, this led to a night marred by mosquito bites, with both my partner and I waking up with over 30 bites each, transforming what could have been a mediocre stay into a distinctly unpleasant one. Given this experience, I regret to say that I would not choose to stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to others.
