All great. Only issue was the temperature in the room didn’t get cold enough.

Expensive for the area, sioux city didn't offer much and seemed run down. It was very noisy and sound traveled through the halls easily. Had to pay for breakfast separately but it was at the restaurant and it was actually very delicious, highlight of the stay.

Nice hotel, clean rooms and loved the outdoor pool! Would definitely stay here again!

Overall the stay was great, had an issue with people outside our room at 11:15 pm, talking loud. It sounded like someone got into a fight with room mate and she wouldn't let them in. One person kept knocking on the door at least 6 times with multiple knocking. Otherwise Great.

The staff were very nice and helpful, the restaurant was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and free parking is always helpful. Property and surrounding area not as luxurious as pictures indicated and for the rate. A number of large events both nights we were there so it was pretty noisy.

Second time I’ve stayed at this property. Each time for about five nights. Very conveniently located, the food on the property is great at the steakhouse. The breakfasts are equally as good. Rooms are great, when the weather is nice, the outdoor area around the hotel is also fantastic.

Marriott was outstanding. We had booked 2 nights but the event we were going to had been cancelled. Marriott helped us get a refund for night # 2. Kahills Chophouse was outstanding and the service there, and the location as a whole, was great. Serena and Grace at the front desk were very helpful.

Beautiful riverfront with patios outside to relax. Our door lock to patio outside was broken but it did have a bar to slide for safety. There is no storage in small bathroom, not enough towel hooks, only 1 luggage valet,fridge too small. The bed was comfy h nice big tvn breakfast nice. Need larger room trashcans. Hotels in general want to avoid staff service h then give you a desk paper waste can which fills up fast. Get larger cansn more valets h hooks in bathroom.

Hotel reception staff don't know what they're doing. They made a mistake and withdrew $750 from my account and they tell me to wait 25 days to get that money back. I don't think I can get the money back after 25 days, but we'll see

Feels like a new property but apparently was just recently extensively renovated, very well. Very nice rooms, river view, lovely place to stay if you don't need to be downtown as it's across the river from Sioux City proper. Kahill's, the only restaurant, has an outstanding kitchen; my wife's filet and my elk chop were both perfectly cooked. Service was universally slow, however, and lacking in attention to detail. Our drinks took 15 minutes to arrive in the bar beforehand, my wife was brought a ribeye instead of the filet she ordered, apologies for the order mix-up were prompt but no compensation was offered (not even a free dessert), the check was brought without a pen, and so on. I'd go back in an instant - the food and wine list were both inventive and well carried out - but I'd hope the hotel had invested some significant time in training the staff beforehand.

It was very very nice room. A very nice room. The only complaint I would have. Is the pillow suck. But other than that, it was amazing.

I couldn’t have had a better stay. Our room was excellent and so close to everything. I loved the patio so convenient. I can’t believe how wonderful everything was. First class all the way.

We had a great time. The location was fantastic we had previously made reservations for Kahills restaurant and not knowing that they had moved into the hotel was a plus. The staff was very friendly. Only downside is that there’s only an outdoor pool and hot tub which is only usable 3 months of the year. The bed is super soft but the pillows have zero firmness I suggest to bring your own pillows.
