When I got to the hotel Expedia hadn’t send the stay and kind us gave us me and the Front desk a hard time. Though, the hotel front desk staff was so helpful, welcoming and friendly!!! Their help was really appreciated!!

Loved my stay. Hotel was very clean and I was able to check in early. Would stay again.

Buena estancia

Very good for the price. Checkin was straightforward. Parking was so easy. Staff were very pleasant. Room was comfortable. Loved the pool and pool area.

Floor was updated bathroom I sink area was not. For the money I paid it should have been a nicer room. Staff friendly, room clean just old and tired.

The hotel was clean, refurbished. Our room was quiet and relaxing. The hotel bar was nice and lively. We chose to stay here (after walking out of a neighboring hotel) because front desk professional SHUBERTE was AWESOME!! I was tired and cranky and she was so kind and patient. She made it easy for us to stay here.

Standard hotel but way overpriced

Staff was very nice and helpful suggestions for breakfast nearby. Hotel and room was clean. Pool area was nice and liked the hot jets on whirlpool. Nice touch to have towels available at the pool.

Night time staff we asked to charge on a separate card and not our room for a bottle of wine and snacks. He said well that would mean I have to delete this from the room and start over I already charged it to the room! So told home not to bother inconveniencing himself

We stayed for 2 days. Bo one came by to fix out room after the first night. Second day even if check put was not until 12pm, cleaning lady woke us up at 8am by knocking on our door.

Very convenient

My husband and I loved this hotel. We are locals, and just wanted a peaceful staycation and we got just that! Everything super clean, spacious, and modern. Friendly staff as well, we will definitely be back!
