Room was ok. Bed is nice. Smelled like cigarette when we walked in.

The property was really nice Nick the manager when we checked in was an absolutely amazing host

Good stay but had some maintenance issues they were addressing

No hot water do to lightning strike. Should have offered a discount for the major inconvenience. But instead offered a shower voucher at a truck stop across the parking lot.

The hotel was easy and conveniently, located off the route we were taking. Our room was on the side near the highway, so it was noisy. The hotel did provide earplugs (which was nice but maybe not enough for a light sleeper). Ian, the receptionist, was very nice!

When we arrived the room was dirty. The bed had crumbs in it there was dirt and crumbs everywhere and the floor was sticky. There were handprints on the headboard. The bathroom tub had chips in it. We had to ask for extra blankets because it was cold. The carpet in the hallway was grimy. They only clean the room if you ask and maybe that’s part of the reason it was yucky. Breakfast was good but you can’t take it to your room. Some of the staff was nice some rude. They were draining the pool when I got there. The noise from the highway, not just the airport was intense. It didn’t seem like it had been cleaned in a long time. Just tidied. If I didn’t have sleepy kids I would have taken more pictures when I got there and I would have left. It was motel 8 level cleanliness or worse. It was not a good stay.

Strong bad smell throughout the building. Bathroom shower curtain smelled sour. Very convenient location to the freeway and the airport. Very nice staff. Other than the smell everything seemed very clean. The price was very good compared to other opetions near there.

~GOOD & BAD~ The good: Debby was the best hotel desk clerk we have ever encountered. Super friendly and informative. A+ for her. Rooms are clean and spacious w/ some updates, great BSU-themed breakfast room and very good food options and seating for guests. Easy to find just off I-84, and short 5 min drive to downtown and BSU. The bad: older super bouncy spring mattresses. Small parking spaces which are even more challenging when commercial vehicles illegally park along the curb--makes it very hard to enter/leave a parking space. Freeway traffic is super noisy, even with the hotel-provided earplugs. People living in their cars at the nearby truckstop, and intermittent strong marijuana odor in the hallways that seeped into our room. On our 2nd night, the rude guests above us sounded like a herd of rhinos banging around until 1130 at night. Hubby called the front desk at 10pm to complain to the desk clerk ("J"). J said he would send a worker up to the room to warn the other guests to quiet down. Hubby called J again at 1030 as the rhino party above us was still going strong. J says he will send somebody up again. Hubby went down to the desk after 11pm because the rhino party persisted. J said the other guests were warned twice; if it was still a problem we could move rooms. Umm-- WHY should we have to move rooms at 11pm after we were already in bed? We arent violating hotel rules and being disrespectful to other guests--send them packing! We will not stay here again.

Idk why it says a 2.5 star stay. It is quite nice and comfortable.

The hotel is clean and the staff are nice. But, the hotel is next to a freeway and it’s loud. The hotel provides you with ear plugs. It was still difficult to sleep.

Dirty. Staff was rude. refused to refund prior to check in. Booked online, when i arrived it was not clean or safe.

Easy access in and off the freeway was a plus. My room was dirty, the floor had not been mopped and the bathtub and a little pile of dried up lint and hair mixture that more than likely came from the tub drain. I was in a pet friendly room and never expected it to be filthy. The dirty washcloth was after just a few wipes in the floor next to my bed. There was also dried small pieces of dog poop present and what looked like dried urine in one corner. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Very nice upscale extensive remodel in 2023, difficult to tell its not a recent build. Only complaints are, at least in our room, they reused the old slippery bathtub to save a few dollars. And rooms near the interstate highway can be so noisy they leave two sets of ear plugs on the nightstand. They should have sound proofed the wall on that side of the building. I would stay again, but request a room on side away from the highway.
