Good location Nice staff

Had to have keycards redone 2times told them we were traveling with a service day yes a real one still got charged a pet fee. When I striped the bed as I always do there was fuzz and dirt under the bottom sheet. Always have a bottom floor was told there was none but they had empty rooms on first floor had to walk up 2 flights of stairs and halfway down the hall with 2 kids a bad ankle and all of our stuff. This place was better when Susan worked there but has gone down hill.

Didn't like 200 dollar deposit in cash when your a local.

Good price

It's a nice hotel. There aren't many amenities. Breakfast could be better. We stay for the location and good price.

Our room didn’t have a remote control and the front desk staff worked hard to fix this. Also gave me an extra blanket right out of the dryer. She was super friendly and accommodating.

Good price, friendly service… bed seemed not the cleanest but fair

This is an incredible location if you want a reasonably priced, clean, safe place to stay with a very courteous staff, this is the place for you. Not a bunch of extras, but for the value, it is worth every dollar.

Great place for a quick stay

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was super clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will stay again if we come back to this area.

The bed was as hard as a rock! The toilet wouldn't stop running.

It was great for the price. Affordable. Breakfast options werent bad but coild of have a better variety. It was muffins, toast, waffle, yogurt and a few danishes. But again with the price not that big of deal. Front desk lady when we checked in was very nice and friendly. There is no elevator and the only ice machine vending machines are on first floor. Side doors DO NOT lock. We legit could just open the door without using our room key. Very nice water pressure. Plenty of hot water.

The person that checked us in did not speak to us much and took 15-20 minutes to check us in. He was not rude, he just didn't speak much or explain why it was taking so long to check us in. There may have been a little bit of a language barrier. The beds were jiggly old-fashioned mattresses, the sheets were thin and slid off the mattress overnight. One bed had hair in it. The room was reasonably clean. The remote to the TV was missing. The TV was smaller than average. The woman who kept up the lounge in front was extremely sweet and guided me when I was tired and fumbling to locate the coffee. Coffee was decent! The location was very convenient and close to family, restaurants, Walgreen's, and Walmart.

The personal and staff

our room was next to an exterior exit door and we heard it slamming every time someone used it starting at 3 a.m. we got NO sleep

I went to first check in and the person was so rude from the beginning and tried checking me into a room that I didn’t request. Then to top it off, I don’t know what kind of bug that was in the bathroom, but I also know that a mouse ate half of my crunch bar that we bought in the vending machine.
