The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, with someone’s jewelry shoved in the corner of the floor and hair in the bath tub.

Breakfast and dinner were very nice.

We always love staying at this Drury Inn! Happy Hour from 5:30-7 (3 free drinks per adult) + free dinner for hotel guests (great food), as well as a free breakfast buffet in the morning. With Union Station being right across the street, the tram, multiple restaurants, rides/playground, and aquarium are all right there.

Great room in a most convenient location. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful.

The staff was very nice and their breakfast was very good.

It is an old building but beautifully upgraded and decorated. The breakfast was as good as we’ve ever experienced. My only complaint was access to the upper floors was challenging, as you could not access the stairs to go up, only to exit.

HELPFUL INFO! Hotels.com ratings showing this hotel as Excellent....but buyer beware! This hotel may be a good value for families, and those who take advantage of all the "perks" such a the free drinks (very low quality), free breakfast (low quality) and "light dinner." The hotel is outdated, the hall carpets stained/dirty, and the pool smells like a wet diaper. This may be a great property for budget conscious families, but please know what you are getting! Do not expect a higher end hotel!

Night check-in person didn't add parking to the room card, so after hour garage parking was a pain.

The inn was a beautiful historical landmark. It is very well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this location as it is across the street from the historic Union Station and easily walkable to downtown.

The property was right next to Union station.

It had historical displays of the train lines that originally used the building, and the layout and architecture of the building was interesting. The rooms were beautiful. I enjoyed staying here.
