Desde o Early Checkin com o super gentil Spinola, até a retirada das bagagens pós checkout, nossa estadia foi marcada por muitos momentos prazerosos, desde a cama confortável até o buffet de café da manhã delicioso. Só aponto uma coisinha q nos incomodou, o chuveiro era difícil de acertar uma temperatura agradável… era daqueles com duas válvulas, uma de água quente e outra de água fria… quase sempre estava fervendo e mesmo gerenciando demorava pra ficar numa temperatura ok. De resto tudo maravilhoso!

O café da manhã com poucas opções e as instalações do Buffet com móveis velhos e cadeiras ruins de se sentar

Razoável . Atendentes de todos os ambientes bem educados . Quarto tamanho bom .Roupa de cama boa . As toalhas estão velhas e encardidas sendo que uma toalha de rosto estava com sujeira na ponta parecendo que não tinha sido lavada. O ar condicionado e geladeira bem barulhentos . Café da manhã com boa variedade.

Our only issues were that the second floor was subject to street noise and that the room keys were not working properly. We loved the breakfast and the view from the rooftop

Every time I come t Rio I stay at this hotel, Not only it is conveniently located (3 blocks from Copacabana beach and a metro (subway) station right across from it), the eatery options are almost endless. Staff is great and of course the free breakfast is good. Room rates at great value allows you too keep more of your money to spend shopping.

Adorei! Boa localização e com o metrô na frente do hotel. Equipe muito simpática, atenciosa e educada. Quarto confortável, limpo, cama boa, banheiro limpo e chuveiro ótimo. Café da manhã bom. Recomendo!

Estadia foi surpreendente com excelente atendimento do check-in ao check-out. Boa estrutura e café da manhã muito bom! Quartos amplos e confortáveis. Localizado em frente à estacão do metro Siqueira Campos na Rua Tonelero, o que facilita muito o deslocamento pela cidade.Parabéns à toda equipe de atendimento do hotel pela educação e presteza em nos atender!

The hotel is in a poor condition, small and aged, nore like a motel. Location is great!

There was a cockroach at reception when we checked in. Charged me $5 canadian for bag of ice .

Boa localização. Atendimento muito bom :todos muito educados e prestativos. Cama confortável e bom chuveiro . No primeiro dia , o quarto estava com cheiro ruim o que foi resolvido depois de uma limpeza no dia seguinte.

Overall it was a fantastic stay during Carnaval week. The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast everyday was good! The biggest takeaway was the location. It was very centrally located and the area surrounding was very safe. You could be at Copacabana beach within 10 mins walking and on the way, you’ll pass many good restaurants, supermarket and bars. The rooftop pool was nice but depending on the occupancy of the hotel, it could get dirty quickly. The fitness center and elevator could use updating but those are minor things that wouldn’t deter me from returning! Definitely looking forward to staying again at Premier Copacabana!

Pictures are deceiving online. We were shown pictures of the superior room and got a smaller room. Could be cleaner

This is a hotel that probably felt very modern some 30 years ago. While they’re in the process of updating their elevator, the new ones also feel old. If that was the extent of it, that’d be fine as some people may enjoy the retro. However, for most of our stay none of the guest elevators and all guests had to resort to the cargo elevator, making it unpleasant and inconvenient as long lines of people waited to be crammed in that box. On top of that, the linens on our bedroom were frayed and the safe was broken. The room also wasn’t very comfortable, with a spring mattress, bad pillows and a tiny shower head. The included breakfast was also a sad array in a very crammed dining room. While the price for this hotel is in average with others in Copacabana, I would highly recommend against it as I don’t feel I got my money’s worth. On the positive side, this is really close to subway and in a less busy street within Copacabana, so in the quieter side compared to some other options.

Go for the building/location: 3 blocks from copacabana, metro exit in front, safe (police and hospital in front)/nice room and cleaning/no cockroaches or ants/. And that's very very good for Brazil. But the level of the reception team is mostly deplorable, breakfast 6am-9:30am, noisy and crowded breakfast. The air conditioning stops when you leave the room! Choose a room on the courtyard side. Put the air conditioning on 20 or more, it works better than 18!!!

Arrivée dans des conditions chaotiques avec une coupure d'électricité générale dès le premier soir. Nous logions à 3 dans la chambre mais seulement deux serviettes par jour, deux étuis shampoings. Personnel peu accueillant, ascenceurs en panne. Cela meriterait de retravailler le service et de mettre un coup de neuf aux installations de l'hôtel.

Staff is great and the place is well kept. They also have a convenient late check out option that most other hotels would not offer.
