Clean and comfortable

The location of the hotel was ideal and the amenities provided.

The location is excellent with easy parking. Even when it snows the plow goes around often to keep the parking lot clear. The hotel offers a heated pool, hot tub, and large sauna! The rooms are large, clean, and have everything to make the trip simple and enjoyable. Highly recommended to others.

My boys always love staying in this hotel. It’s well taken care of and rooms are always clean and comfortable.

Really impressed. Surpassed my expectations. The property is updated, the carpets more modern than similar hotels, and the room is clean with two large sinks. Definitely updated. Love the the bigger pump style toiletry bottles, warm water, swimming pool and the best part, the large room we stayed in! Very pleased. My teen girls are very impressed. The only downside is because it's a tourist town and it's off season, many restaurants were closed. Dixie Saloon was the only restaurant that was open. Not the hotel's fault. Will definitely stay here again next time around. I'm looking forward to breakfast!

Easy to get to and very clean

My daughter and I stayed the night here during a recent trip to the U.P. The hotel was newly renovated and everything was clean! The pool/hot tub area was a great way to end the day. Breakfast was excellent! It even included omelets. I also overheard conversations at other tables discussing how great the breakfast was. I travel to that area 3-4 times a year and will definitely stay here again!

I had confirmation for 2 rooms, upon check in only had 1 room for us. Luckily we were able to book on the spot but the front desk clerk was not at the desk upon arrival had several guests waiting and was rude when he finally got to the desk.

Very clean, maintained property. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and the dining area super neat.
