Clean and comfortable, great value for money

Lovely hotel, approx 20 minutes from Cologne center. Nice spacious rooms with fab shower room. Free toileraries and mini bar. Great selection for breakfast. Coffee machine was a bit confusing to use. Good that you could get a take away coffee at breakfast. Lab12 is a nice enclosed rooftop area with sights of the Cathedral. The bar wasn't open when we went but it was a nice quiet area to relax on our last day. Wellness & sauna only opens at 5pm-10pm Monday-Friday, so currently waiting to use it before we head of to the airport this evening. All the staff have been helpful and friendly

Unterkunft und Frühstück waren top. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zu Fuß war vom Hotel alles zu erreichen. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

I must say the staff at reception were absolutely fantastic. I like English breakfast tea and there was never a problem bringing me teabags up at the room, We stayed for five nights on the fourth night. We both noticed the noise coming from the overhead heating air-conditioning grill panel and we had it all switched off so I mentioned it’s the reception and they suggested we could leave all our stuff in the room and they give us another room on the same floor, which was wonderful of them so we slept the night in that one and it seemed to have sorted itself out the next day, so that was really good of them. There was no fuss at all. And the breakfast had a really good choice of hot and continental food, but most of all it was the staff that especially the reception staff they were amazing.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic

Haben auf Wunsch ein Zweibett-Zimmer bekommen. Das Zimmer war top. Schiebetüren im Bad sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sie auch nicht gut schließen. Die gratis Minibar (alkoholfrei) hat uns sehr gefreut und wurde auch jeden Tag nachgefüllt. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstückssaal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Great room and location

Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig. Top Lage 5 Gehminuten zur Fußgängerzone.

Room was a little dated with cracks in bathroom here and there however, cannot fault the stay we had a room upgrade with a view of the cathedral, the use of mini bar free of charge was very nice and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely book here again on our return visit.

오래됨이 느껴지는 호텔 입니다.하지만 청결하고 침대의 상태도 좋아요. 냉장고에 무료로 맥주와 몇가지 음료로 매일 채워 줍니다. 쾰른 성당과 쾰른 역과의 거리도 걸어서 갈만 한 거리여서 중간에 호텔에서 잠시 쉬었다가 나가기도 좋은 위치예요. 다음에 쾰른에 가게되면 다시 풀만 호텔에 머물고 싶어요.
