Hotel is close to city center. Breakfast is not so good. Hotel amenities are low standard for the price. From Reception refused to issue any receipt or invoice for my stay. They never pick up the phone neither answer to my mail. Totally disappointed.

Excellent acceuil personnel trés sympathique, excellente literie.

Es un muy buen hotel, es bonito, es cómodo. Sin embargo, encontré un problema al hacer mi check in ya que me dijeron que su sistema arrojaba que no se había pagado aún, le enseñé el recibo de la aplicación y hasta ese momento dijeron que ya lo dejáramos así, cuando momentos antes nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar todo, fue muy confuso para mí. También nos pidieron una tarjeta para la garantía, cosa que en ningún momento se especifica al reservarlo, pensábamos que era el impuesto pero no. La recepcionista con una actitud un poco nefasta. La alberca no estaba disponible los días que fuimos lo cual nos hubiera gustado igual saber antes se reservar este hotel.

The room itself was nice, however the air conditioning was terrible. We told the reception and they said they’d send someone up but never did. I asked again on our last night and the receptionist came up and said they’d fixed it, when we came back from our evening meal the room was 27 degrees! When I asked to change rooms as we had barely slept our whole stay their attitude was terrible. The pool was also out of service 2/3 days we were there. A real shame as if the staff had been nicer and more helpful it could have all been a more pleasant experience

Another hotel with issues. May 12th 2025; The hotel has NO AIRCO. They chose not to tell the customers, because they would stay away ofcourse. But they do charge you the full price of a proper hotelroom. That the hotel needs maintenance is clear. It is old fashioned and outdated, so I do wonder what other surprises will show up. But since the temperature in the room is hot, the only ventilation you will find is an open window. Unfortunately I didn't think about the huge amount of mosquitoes, the noise was to be expected. So it's a choice between not sleeping due to overheating or due to the sounds of mosquitoes and the itching result of being their target. All for a 100% price, with no reductions, to stay at what more feels like a camping than a hotel. Tip: You have a lot of better opportunities in the area.

Das Hotel war sehr schön. Es gab ein tolles Frühstück, allerdings waren die Außenanlagen gar nicht gepflegt.

Hotel tres bien situé pour visiter Toulon. Literie tres confortable. Insonorisation nickel : nous n'avons rien entendu. Petit dejeuner buffet copieux et varié

Property was fine, not great. Location was central but a little outside.

A clean and tidy hotel with nice refurbished rooms less than 10 minutes walk from the station. There are no real bar facilities available for a pre dinner drink at the hotel. There is a bar but it had no beer and no wine during our stay. Breakfast was a decent selection of the usual pastries, other continental breakfast items and decent coffee.

It’s the second time I stayed at this hotel; it’s conveniently located, walking distance to main attainder the port.

Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble, équipe sympathique et service d’étage efficace. Mon seul bémol est sur le petit-déjeuner : horaires indiqués sur l’application non à jour (marqué 10h alors que c’est en fait 9h30) et un bacon reservi d’un jour à l’autre et de plus en plus carbonisé (pareil pour les autres plats chauds). Sinon, c’est bien dans l’ensemble.

Nous avons séjourné dans votre hôtel et avons été enchanté par votre accueil. La chambre premium était au top. Nous avons apprécié la propreté et le confort ainsi que le petit plus dans le réfrigérateur. Le pdj était délicieux. L'hôtel est très bien situé et bénéficie d'un parking couvert pour 17 euros/jours ce qui est très appréciable. Le personnel est tjrs à votre écoute.

Hôtel idéalement situé proche gare. Chambre tout confort avec une spacieuse salle de bain. Petit déjeuner copieux. Viennoiseries et pains très frais. Personnel chaleureux, attentif aux clients et à leur confort. Excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.
