The cleanliness of our room and the hotel generally. The staff were very nice and the breakfast very good.

Staff were courteous and polite however for a premium room I felt the decor was below standard and dated. The breakfast wasnt worth the money, hot dogs, overcooked bacon, dry scrambled eggs, no fried eggs and no beans. Also the wifi was non existent. We ordered a taxi fir the airport yet had to walk with luggage to the nearest taxi rank which was 10 minutes away

das erdte Zimmer hatte eine kaputte WC Spühlung

Room cleaned. Great value! Unfortunately i left a cellphone charger and plug in converter. I was trying to call them. But they did not answered the phone. I couldn't reach out to the hotel. Please let me know how i can contant them to find my charger and converter if possible.

Hotel liegt sehr zentral zum Hafen und direkt in der Einkaufsstraße. Personal war freundlich. Von dem Zimmer waren wir enttäuscht, sehr klein, und altes Mobiliar.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the decor very good. The location was excellent overlooking the park. The area looked even better with the Christmas lights. We loved everything about the hotel apart from there not being a kettle and tea and coffee in our room. I really do think for the price we paid for the room, (which wasn't cheap for bed & breakfast) that we should have been provided with these facilities.

Perfekt location. We had a room facing a closed backyard. Very dark and bad ventilation.

Los empleados y la zona son las cosas mejores de este hotel - fantásticas! Pero hay tanto ruido de las duchas y inodoros de otras habitaciones (otro huespéd se levantó cada día a las seis y me despertó). Las puertas están de madera y hacen tanto ruido cuando alguien las cierre de un golpe, que es necesario porque son difíciles de cerrar. Es una lástima

Una estadía muy agradable. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y su personal es muy amable

Las habitaciones están muy mal aisladas. Se oye a los demás huéspedes hablar por los pasillos como si estuvieran al lado, cerrar y abrir puertas, etc. Escuché perfectamente conversaciones de otras personas. Aislamiento muy deficiente para descansar y para mantener la privacidad.

Sehr zentral - zum Busbahnhof 1,2 km, zum Cruise Terminal 1,5 km - fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Innenstadt direkt vor der Tür. Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr klein und extremst hellhörig/ man hört alles aus den Nebenzimmern (selbst Musik/Fernseher), über einem und ganz schlimm alles vom Gang. Ohne Ohrstöpsel kaum zu ertragen.
