I like very much how professional and caring the staff is. The rooms are big and although spartan, are very clean and whenever I requested assistance, I was instantly helped in a caring manner. The breakfast was generous and the food was fresh.

For someone looking for a quick place to stay, this is satisfactory and will serve the purpose. This is not the Ritz Carlton so don’t expect a 5 star stay. Check-in was easy and staff were friendly. The rooms have been renovated somewhat but they are lacking USB ports for charging phones, watches etc so bring proper chargers with you. Breakfast was your normal continental style and was pretty reasonable. Overall it was sufficient for a night stay. The property is dated somewhat but they do make the effort to keep it clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Good clean stay and well priced and located for north bay. It was extremely hot in the lobby. Like uncomfortably hot. But our room had good A/C. We didn’t try the breakfast. We asked for extra pillows for the pullout and they brought them right up. No issues.

Had to wait about 10 minutes for a staff member to come to the front desk to check us in. Lobby was extremely hot- thermostat was set at 29C. They increased the deposit by $100.00. Mould on ceiling of bathroom. Lights broken.

I did book this stay last minute, but I found the quality of my room to be not up to par. The couch cushions were out of place, and the room had a smell to it. But it was good to stay overnight as a quick drive through town.

The room was run down and dirty. Bathroom had bugs crawling across the floor and counter. Staff were good. Breakfast was basic but the main areas were so hot couldn’t even eat comfortably

Got a single king room for my wife and I, mattress was majorly dipped into the center, we rolled into each other all night it was that bad. Woken up before 9am by housekeeping knocking on the door several times even though the do not disturb sign was on the outside of the door. I do not recommend staying there

The employee never smiled and barely answered my question. The gentleman in the morning was a little better. Sorry, but I say it as it was.

The room was clean. Pet friendly. The breakfast was good. Parking was fine.

Dont stay here , much nicer places for the same price.

The ice maker wasn't working. I talked to the staff and yeap that got fixed the next day. Excellent back up. 👍

We where not greeted with a hello or smile on arrival. We were confused with the TV operation having never needed to use my cel phone to operate a television set. Only had Roku as a way to view news and old movies (three days of NHL play offs with no coverage). The Little round bowl toilet was only 13 or 14 inches high. Carpeted hall way was littered with paper and dirt and was not vacuumed for three days. Litter was around the entrance to the lobby from outside. The yellow paint on the entrance threshold was so worn off the sill was rusting. The windows on the inside dinning area were dirty and needed cleaning. The ice machine was out of service every time we went to get ice, we had to buy ice for our beverages. The staff had poor English skills and were hard to understand, and were always on their cell phones. We had to ask for a receipt on leaving. WE VISIT TWICE A YEAR BUT WILL NOT COME BACK HERE.

The room was clean, however, we changed rooms 2x due TV was not working and other issues.
