Bien ubicado.poco espaciosa la habitación,limpio.. Solo había toallones, las toallas de cara hay que pedirlas. Estacionamiento cercano

Rapport qualité prix discutable seul la localisation de l'hôtel sauve l'expérience. Hôtel d'un autre âge équivalent d'un première classe.

Un hotel muy básico.

Hotel très bien placé en centre , parking public très proche . Bon petit déjeuner. Seul bémol , superficie de la chambre et de la salle d eau. J y retournerai pour l emplacement.

The room was a little cramped. No carpet on floor. Washbasin plug would not release.

Séjour convenable sans plus. Ascenseur en panne, rue très fréquentée avec des klaxons jour et nuit et pour couronner le tout des gens irrespectueux qui discutent jusqu'à plus d'une heure du matin et ensuite un couple qui a oublié qu'il n'était pas tout seul jusqu'à 5h00. Malheureusement, cela l'hôtel n'est pas responsable...

Habitación pequeña, mal iluminada, con polvo en los rincones y moho en juntas del baño. La luz no permitía leer en la cama y menos en la pequeña mesa que quedaba oscura. Ló único bueno el desayuno.

Good value. Thoughtful staff. Excellent breakfast.

Leider hat der Fahrstuhl nicht funktioniert und wir mussten unser Gepäck in die dritte Etage hoch tragen.

Propre, chambre pratique mais pas trop grand et un peu chère pour la province. Receptionniste sympa

Great location, perfectly situated in between the old and new city! Beautiful stroll through the new city ( which is about 800 years old) will take you from the gare to the hotel. From the hotel, an awesome walk over the vieux pont will take you to the old city and the chateau comtal. Keep in mind, rooms are very small and so are the bathrooms. But it is well kept and clean. Dont expect a lot amenities in the room. But there is hot water available in the lobby. The hotel over looks the pretty Gambetta Square and is a stone's throw from the Art Gallery which is free.

Well located hotel between the medieval town and the modern town,breakfast was simple , but nice.It should be noted that the bedrooms are very small,and only really suitable for a short stay.We would like to thank the exceptional staff ,who helped us by sorting out an urgent travel situation .....we very much appreciate them going the extra mile to help us ...

Nous avons passé une nuit à l'hôtel afin de pouvoir profiter des féria de Carcassonne jusqu'en fin de journée. Nous ne regrettons pas le choix que nous avons fait et le personnel a été très charmant.

Struttura molto basic. Camere poco spaziose, con bagno molto piccolo. Pulito ma un po' trascurato. Letti comodi e personale gentile. Adeguato per un appoggio di una notte ad un prezzo adeguato (anche se non economico).

As you would expect from IBIS, a no frills room but the bed was comfortable and the air-con worked.
