All was great. Breakfast can be better. The food for restaurant and room service is not good

Excelente servicio al cliente en todo el hotel, habitaciones, restaurante, bar, el personal realmente se preocupa para que tenga una buena experiencia hotelera.

La atención del personal no está a la altura de un lugar tan hermoso y bien cuidado , es realmente increíble el poco amor que demuestran a su trabajo del resto todo bien

El staff fue muy amable y atento para resolver todos mis requerimientos, desde cambio de habitación por falla en el aire acondicionado, uso del business center, y coordinación de transporte.

Todo estuvo mejor que excelente a excepción del desayuno, fue muy repetitivo y un poco de mayor variedad hubiera ayudado. Fuera de esto, todo estuvo genial.

The cleanliness in the room was excellent. The staff was the best of our stay, both from the restaurant and the reception. Very good breakfast and a wide variety of food, for all tastes.

Excellent hotel with very polite staff

Booked a room for two but there was only one coffee pod and one small cup. No teas or sugar were available which is standard. The buffet breakfast was generous and provided dietary options. The dining room staff were excellent in servicing our needs.

The breakfast menu was excellent, the staff attention was unique and personalized. We sense that the attendances really care for the customers and ready to any particular suggestions. I was in Bogotá for a dental procedure, and was a delicate situation; and all staff without exception were very attentive, and they cook to my needs in this particular situation. I can't name everyone but Vanessa , Juliana, Julian, Daniel, Andres, Luis, Carlos, all of them become like family. We appreciate the nice attention we got . Thank you .
