The hotel itself was very good; clean, good service, somewhat friendly. The problem for us was we had to drive to go downtown, to eat in a nice restaurant or go to the soccer stadium. But if that’s not an issue for you, there are food chains nearby and it is a short drive to the city.

Front desk staff was very friendly! Love that our room price included breakfast which was very good and the breakfast staff was excellent very friendly and helpful. Kept everything stocked up and flowing good! The shampoo and conditioner was good quality I liked it better than my very expensive shampoo at home

I've stayed in a number of Hamptons. Although the property and my room were good, I believe it is an older Hampton property. That is, Ive stayed in other/newer Hampton properties that felt "fresh." And of course, the "public areas" of "Hampton Inn style hotels are more open and inviting. Yet, I stayed in a Comfort Inn (owned by the same corporate group) that was equally nice albeit a less "lux" public space, for considerably less...

Very nice as usual for Hampton.

Nobody cleaned my room until day 2. Parking lot lighting was so bright, and curtains were too short to block it. The cooked breakfast foods were terrible and hair was spotted in the eggs. I love Hampton Inn but I’ll never stay at this one again.

Hotel staff, specifically " Mo" at the front desk, was extremely well spoken, efficient and friendly. Literally the best customer service I have encountered in years. Hotel was also extremely clean, breakfast options were great, room was exceptionally clean with comfortable bed. Price was very good considering what hotels are charging lately. Will stay here again when in columbus area, especially near osu and Clintonville area.

Convenient

Very clean and front desk. The hallways were a bit too loud at times when trying to sleep but staff chatting outside was loud.

Great! Perfect for access to OSU

Have stayed here several times. Beds are super comfortable and breakfasts are really good. Location is great for what we usually come to Columbus to do.
