A few issues. Booked on Expedia. Liked a pic of a one bedroom suite and booked that room. When we got there we only had a room with one bed. Talked to the manager who was awesome and he told me not all rooms that you book online with pics are the rooms you actually get. He said he would correct that. He did credit me the cost difference in the rooms. Restaurant service was very slow. Some of the handicap door openers on the south end of the hotel do not work. The card keypad on the east entrance does not work. The doors on the south end do not lock so doors are open all night. None of the buttons on the telephones in the rooms work to call room service etc. There was a small table in a small kitchen area but only one chair. I would have to think if I would rebook at this hotel, but the manager was awesome to work with.

It was an amazing stay, the hotel was in prestige condition, the food was very well prepared.

Had one of the worst stays I've ever had anywhere. The furnace was broken and our room was at least 85 degrees. Windows didn't open and I didn't even get into the bed or get any sleep. Just sweating all night long. They never should have taken reservations or at check in should have refunded all money knowing how hot the rooms are and told us to go somewhere else. Completely ruined my birthday as I didn't get any sleep. The bed was soft and felt tired, old and saggy. Just awful. The bathroom was so small I wacked my elbow on the vanity as I could barely move around and the coffee in the room was poor and not drinkable. There was a filthy 1970s light blue armchair that I didn't want to touch let alone sit on, and the crappy one ply toilet paper was embarrassing. Parking was outside and my husband despite wearing winter boots slipped and nearly fell. They charge an extra $20 for parking! Hotel lobby bar was going through renos. Over priced and very very disappointing. I will never go back.

A really lovely placr to stay, place is clean, a little dated but everytjing works well. But what truly makes it a great place is the staff. So friendly, special mention to Joy working the breakfast shift, ask her nucelt and she makes a special coffee juat for you. Also Rogina (spelling?) who looks after the high numbers on 7th floor bedrooms, always a cheery smile and gello, asks about your day etc. I had some time to kill on one of my days so got to use the spa, a nice relaxing massage Bar was under a refurb, but even that they had staff out front talking you through to the second bar, no noise intrusion All in all recommend it and will be back next time im in regina

Staff was difficult to understand upon check in! Never received credit for breakfast that we paid for in advance. Now Now we have to try to get credit, as we paid for it at the restaurant. Apparently it’s being investigated!!! How difficult can this be???

The hotel staff are very friendly, and the rooms are clean. However, the cabinets could use some updating.

Beautiful property and wonderful staff!

Beautiful hotel! The room and the bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. They don’t provide many towels in the bathroom, but you can always ask for more! All staff we encountered were friendly - front desk, lounge, restaurant, and dining room. The breakfast menu in the dining room had a lot of gluten-friendly options. The lounge had excellent cocktails, supper at the Burrow was lovely, and breakfast in the dining room was delicious. There were lots of spaces for paid parking. Two complaints: 1) the hot tub was too hot and the jets in it were too strong, and 2) the walls in our room were thin, so we could hear the neighboring guests talking late into the night.

Loved the property. You did not have to leave if you did not want to!

The property is very beautiful and well maintained. I like staying here because it is fairly quiet. Although the room was small it was very comfortable with probably the most comfortable beds I’ve ever experienced. Very well equipped gym. If I had one complaint the hot tub was just a bit too hot. Other than that it’s my new go to hotel in Regina.
