The receptionist who checked me in, didn’t inform me about the hotel facilities,what time is the breakfast ,where is restaurant itp.Very disappointed

Very good swimming pool, kids enjoyed a lot. Room are very clean, restaurant is also very nice.

Staff were good and helpful. Pool facilities are good. Great location. Parking is ok - feels expensive at 16£ a day. We were there 2 nights and the car park did get v busy so you may not get a space near the entrance.

All was ok. Room was clean. Fridge in room was handy. We got free entry to executive lounge so that was a nice bonus. Staff could use a few lessons in Greetings and smiles :(

All staff excellent service. When you are guest of the day however you should be told what it entails on arrival or at least in the card. We were told nothing, so obviously couldn’t enjoy the extra experience

Room on arrival is freezing upto 3 hours waiting for warm to warm up (after maintenance man attended room). The bed was dirty which also had hair clip on bed disgusting! Shouting at daft o’clock from people saying in the next room. the facility’s spa /swimming was ok, could be better. Such as a life guard not have his earphones in and on phone on duty. Overall wasn’t worth £159.99 stay. This ruined my birthday. Wouldn’t stay again! Pictures taken on arrival

Great hotel

Everything was perfect 😊 bed was so comfortable, very clean , TV was huge for a hotel room , a great night's sleep before our trip to Morocco.

Spotless, cold plunge, sauna, steam and jacuzzi. Room was fully blackout and soundproof.

Soft bed and clean room.

Perfekt för att enkelt och snabbt ta sig från flygplatsen och landa. Bra rum, bra sängar och bra toalett. Definitivt överkomligt pris. Dock ganska isolerat så hade inte bott där för en längre resa.

Room was excellent, but Breakfast was awful : everything was cold and fries eggs undercooked, tea and coffee luke warm .g

They changed me a bunch of key that didnt work. Light in the bathroom didnt work either

Room ok, our last stay was better. Bed not as comfortable this time. I think it’s time some rooms were refurbished.
