The lobby was being updated, but the room was very nice and clean. Plenty of room.

When we arrived we were promptly checked in and headed down to the pool. When I complain about how much debris, hair, and dirt were on the bottom of this pool I'm taking the time to write a review about it. The size of that pool would take 20 mins to vacuum. On the second day of our trip they started ripping up the flooring which immediately blocked off the front desk and exit with no real warning or heads up. Our room itself needed to be dusted and the shower itself needed a little bit more TLC.

Staff was amazingly nice and attentive. The only issue i would say would be that they may need to add more water heaters as the water didn't get hot enough when the hotel had a lot of bookings. But the moment that there wasn't too filled yhe water did get hot.

Only because they were renovating at the time of my visit is the only reason for the 4.9 stars. Other than that everything else was GREAT from the staff, breakfast selection, location, and our rooms.

The stay was ok the hotel is going threw construction so some areas was cut off I wish the breakfast time was a little longer I got there at 9:30 and everything was cleaned up but they allowed me to get some apple juice for the machine in over all it was ok

Some construction was in process but the noise was not an issue. Breakfast was very limited

Staff was very friendly. Didn’t have a lot of interaction after check in, but every time we encountered one they were friendly. Hotel was clean, but definitely run down, could use a face lift. Could tell you used to be able to smoke in there, hallways had a bit of an odor.

Out dated and not kept up

The property is located across from the Gurnee Mill Mall, lots of eateries, Six Flags and Great Wolf Lodge. The staff was very attentive and made our stay a comfortable one.

Although we don’t receive room service we didn’t really need it, everything was nicely set up

Katherine was great and everything was clean. Ladies that clean room absolutely professional

We stayed one night, the rooms were nice, clean… my 7 & 11 year old enjoyed the pool which was clean and not too crowded. Breakfast had good options. We would definitely stay again!

Our hotel door did not lock. The windows rattled and whistled every time the wind blew. Was not a clean hotel.

Customer service was top notch. Hotel was in a great location. The only negatives were the condition of the bathroom. It wasn’t necessarily dirty, just super dated giving the appearance it was. Definitely needs some new paint and caulking. Also, the shower head needs to be replaced and we often took showers that wouldn’t get very hot. The fridge was also dirty.

The location is great!!!

Quiet

This is a good choice when going to a Navy graduation.
