Was een goed hotel voor een doorreis. Zag er allemaal prima uit

The hotel is nice, the staff friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable. However, it is far from anything of note in Milan, basically in the middle of nowhere. Every taxi is minimum 45 euros to the city, there is no easy or direct public transportation (it takes around an hour or more to get to central Milan by bus or train - you actually have to use both) and a car to and from MPX airport is minimum 150 euros. Also, the buses and transfers are confusing and don’t always adhere to the same schedules. Had I known all of this ahead of time, I would have stayed somewhere else. It was frustrating.

Très satisfaite de ce court séjour. La chambre était spacieuse et la salle de bain propre et bien équipée (serviettes, sèche cheveux, produits d'hygiène, tapis de bain, chaussons). Une machine a café Nespresso était à disposition avec capsules sucre et tasses plus la bouilloire et le mini bar. L'odeur dans la pièce était agréable et la literie très confortable. Merci beaucoup à l'équipe. Une borne de recharge pour voitures électriques est disponible dans le parking (0,80€/kwh).

Jeg var på reise med familien min. Hotellet i seg selv var grei og ren, men det som trakk hotellet ned mye var plasseringen av hotellet. Den ligger in the middle of no where. Det er ingen restauranter, butikker, cafeer eller noen ting, derfor må dere regne med en 30-40 min reise med bil for noe mat eller butikker. Rundt hotellet er det kun en motorveg og en enorme store gårder. Vi hadde et fint rom som vi betalte litt ekstra for, men hotellet hadde ingen service. Jeg hadde selv ikke valgt dette hotellet igjen

Good. Perfect for a family, as they have a room with 2 double beds

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with hotel staff, particularly the reception and manager, whose service was well below standard — unhelpful, dismissive, and rude. I specifically chose this hotel because it listed a swimming pool nearby as an amenity. However, the pool is a 12-minute walk away and requires a separate payment. On top of that, towels aren’t provided at the pool, and I was told I couldn’t use the hotel’s towels either. Why advertise a pool as a perk if you don’t support guests in using it? No one expects to pack a bath towel for a city break. Additionally, the listing mentions "access to sauna, steam room and spa facilities". What it doesn’t mention is that all of this requires an extra payment. The wording is misleading — 'access' should mean it's included or at the very least, it should be made clear that it's paid access. Just like the listing notes that breakfast and parking aren’t free, this should be equally transparent. When I raised these concerns and asked to speak to the manager, I was met with arrogance and a complete lack of professionalism. He tried to explain the meaning of the word 'access' to me. Without a basic understanding of it. This is the first negative hotel review I’ve ever written, and unfortunately, it’s well deserved. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

El hotel muy bueno, el desayuno excelente, pero los alrededores feos y el restaurante vecino q me recomendaron en el hotel horrible y la comida lamentable, no parece q has llegado a Italia y bastante apartado de Milán
