Beautiful hotel with an attentive staff in the nicest area of Strasbourg. Countless restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Our room was recently updated; really great breakfast (not cheap, but super nice); great staff. We used the spa (included and it was nice). Great area!!

great customer service, great rooms, hotel has been kept very clean and up-to-date. One of the most luxury hotels you can stay in best part about this hotel is that it’s central the most beautiful area.

This hotel is all about location. If you are in Strasbourg for the nice views and good food, it's hard to find anything better as it is in the middle of Petite France. The service of the rooms are done late in the afternoon which is unusual for a five star hotel. For some reason at check out they wanted to charge for breakfast altough it was already included. After me questioning and some searching in the computer the reception assistant found out they had it wrong and I wasn't charged.

The room was spacious and airy, with a gorgeous view. It was quiet at night. We enjoyed the breakfast bar and in the evening would come back from dinner and sit outside along the river at the restaurant bar. It was magical. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

The staff and spa were excellent. Unfortunately on our way through Paris my friend took a spill down the escalator as we did not make it until the following morning. I did reach out and was still accommodated. Thank you!

Cet établissement, qui avait eut du charme en son temps, est devenu impersonnel et froid depuis sa transformation, avec des scultures dans le lobby qui frisent le mauvais goût. À l'exception du concierge, le personnel se veut avenant mais cela manque de spontanéité; rigidité due à un environement punitif, par manque d'expérience, ... ? Lorsque nous les avons contactés en quête d'un moyen d'acccéder à l'hôtel en voiture pour, au moins, y déposer nos affaires, ils ne nous ont que dirigés vers un parking public donc 500 m à pieds avec armes et bagages ! Vu le budget on espérait mieux pour notre WE strasbourgeois !

Rarely do i enjoy a property more. If you are driving be sure to have hotel send you the code to enter the pedestrian zone a week before your stay. Check out a map to see where entry is then it is seemless.

This is a great hotel with great staff. Get a balcony room. So romantic. The restaurant is gourmet and on site. Good breakfast and wonderful valet service. Follow the instructions and you can drive right to the hotel.
