Great location for old town. All staff friendly & attentive. Best air conditioning in any room I have stayed in, changes temperature immediately. Bathroom has excellent lighting and well laid out. Little touches were nice offered drink whilst checking in, sweets in reception and bottles of water each day left in your room. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

This is honestly one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Beautifully positioned within a gorgeous square this hotel impresses you from the minute you arrive. Stunning hotel which even smells so beautiful from the moment you walk in. The fact it has a florist right in the heart if the reception area probably adds to this. The team that greet you at the door to the front of house team are so friendly and helpful. The team that also run the cocktail bar are amazing and friendly too. The check in was swift and our room was ready straight away. The room was beautifully presented and very clean. A very comfy bed and a shower that I never wanted to get out of made a stay even more comfortable. The room was very quiet but you can hear other inconsiderate guests going back to their rooms but you don't hear anything else. The location of the hotel was perfect. Minutes walk from so many restaurants, coffee shops and bars. So many to choose from. The area is stunning to walk around and the commute from the Airport was only around 15-20 minutes and cost between €25-€30. We cannot wait to go back and will definitely be doing so next year. We highly recommend this hotel.

A great hotel experience. The staff made us feel so welcomed and looked after. Our room was beautiful with comfortable beds and great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The location is perfectly suited for enjoying the sights of Valéncia. We would love to stay again.

We had a great stay in Valencia. Antony and Margie gave brilliant couples massage experience that felt very professional and relaxing. Ana Maria, Rosa, and Veronica were incredibly helpful, no request was too small and they really looked after us. I previously stayed at the same hotel in Madrid, which is why I booked again, and I’m so glad I did. The rooms were very clean and we were really happy with our room type. Room service was quick (the burger was great!), and we also had a lovely steak dinner in the restaurant upstairs. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the little touches like sweets around the hotel were a nice surprise. I felt very well looked after and would definitely stay again. Thank you to everyone!

Nice modern hotel. Friendly and service oriented staff. Main issues was very hard and uncomfortable pillows. Second issue was as follows. We arrived by car, everyone knew this. We parked under Corte ingles during our stay. The day we checked out there was a large demonstration in the center of Valencia between 11-14. nobody told us sbout this demonstration that was well planned. As a result we spendt 3 hours stuck in a traffic jam to leave the city. Had the hotel told us about this we could have left earlier or later and not wasted an entire day. 5 star hotels inform their guests of things like this

Beautiful 😍 place in the middle of the center of Valencia, very nice welcome 🙏 the room is quite and clean the ambiance is very romantic, people in the lobby and front desk are very nice.
