Staff was rude.

Great short visit, food at restaurant was way overpriced. Food was good and service was excellent.

Staff was very nice, it is convenient for airport travelers, but not for visitors to the big cities, it was far for places of interest.

Convenience and great shuttle.

We needed a place to sleep near Newark. Shuttle service was amazing. Picked us up at 1:00 am. Then the shuttle guy dropped me at the rental car place the next morning. ❤️

Perfect for a stay with an early AM flight. Hotel resturant/bar food was good. Parking was easy. Airport shuttle comes every 20 min

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT CHECK IN COUNTER

The bathroom was very small and cramped. I couldn’t even fully open the door without scrapping the toilet seat.

Hotel is great but no access

The outside had lots of garbage and needs to be cleaned up. The hotel itself is dated.

We found the price of this hotel is much much lower than I booked from Hotels.com when I got the hotel. Then we called customer service. They cannot make a price match!! We were told that, once booking a room in Hotel.com, a customer must keep checking the price change! It is ridiculous! No, we did not keep check price changes, but it is because of trust! A trust to the your services! If your price is much higher than the hotel offers, why I use your services? In next three month, I’ll have a lot of travels, how can I trust Hotels.com ?! This extremely bad experience destroyed my trust on Hotels.com! 2 reasons: much higher price and bad customer service!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Checkin was a little slow as there was only one person at the counter but otherwise, it was a clean, safe and convenient stay near the airport.

Although it’s close to the airport, it still needs about 15-20 minutes by shuttle to the terminals
