Great service, kind staff. Breakfast was amazing and the kids had a great time in the pool. Hot tub was just put back into service so it wasnt hot, it was warm and the jets were not working but the facilities were clean and the hotel staff were all very friendly.

I can't comment on the room because I didn't get to check in. The policies stated on Expedia include that the hotel takes debit. They do not. I had just driven 5 hours and had to then find a different hotel last minute to check into. Very terrible experience.

Super nice staff! Hotel itself has been getting on in years and needs some renovations / fresh ups, especially the corridors. Breakfast is included but unfortunately served on paper plates. Haven't used the pool.

Very sketchy area on the outskirts of downtown. Couldnt find an ice machine in the building except in the kitchen. You can tell it was very nice once but has gone downhill. Microwave was so old the buttons were worn off.

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express. It is a bit of an older hotel and could use an update but over all it was a good experience for me. They had an amazing free breakfast that left me full and ready for the day. They had a hot tub and pool with nice view of outside. They had a balcony with sliding door in the rooms which was a nice touch for me as the view was nice and I could hear the birds and have fresh air. Thank you for this stay! I look forward to staying again!:)

Airport closeness

the area is overall good and somewhat safe, i was just caught off guard about the extra fees for the parking i thought its already included in the overall price but other than that the hotel is great.

Customer service was superior. Breakfast had lots of variety and well prepared. Layout of lobby was inviting. Pool and spa were functional and clean. Access cards worked well. Very supportive staff.

Liked the proximity of the hotel to nearby amenities.

Was very average at best. Property needs a refresh. Our room smelled old and stale.
