What I loved about staying at the Hermiston Oxford Suites was their delicious breakfasts - oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and their coffee was exceptional. Also, in the evening you received a ticket for a nice drink, and a salad and soup meal - as part of just staying there. It was so nice not to have to leave the hotel to find a nice place to eat. All was included! Thank you for this. The staff was always so nice and helpful as well. I highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful breafast staff!

Very pricy for the quality of hotel. The fitness room had no treadmill, only a bike and some weights and was hidden, you had to walk through the pool area to get to it. You get a free drink ticket and free breakfast buffet. Though the food quality is what you'd expect from free (I didn't eat anything but just looked at the buffet) and the drinks are either 3 taps of beer, very generic wine, or very bottom shelf alcohol.

This is a great hotel. We have stayed here several times during our travels. Would recommend to others that need a place to stay if in the Hermiston area. Room very clean with comfortable beds. A small quiet bar to enjoy a taster after a long day. A pool for the kids to play. A very nice breakfast area and food in the morning before you leave. My only problem was with the coffee kettle thing in the room just don’t brew good coffee, but at least they have fresh coffee already brewed in the breakfast dining area to make up for it.

Best of 10-stays in 2-weeks.

Initial front office staff was not organized/oriented. There were areas of dried food on countertop around sink. At 4 am was awaken from guest above us walking around so poor sound proofing.

The stay was nice. I was unaware there were 2 buildings but being in the location away from street was nice. Looked everywhere for coffee pot but finally found the coffee tea bag setup. Beds were nice and comfy, room clean.

Despite business was surprisingly quiet. Elevator is down but staff rushed to help if needed Kitchen staff inviting and gracious

Sheets had yellow stains, carpet was grungy, and sink stopper was stuck in closed position. And did not have typical evening reception like at all other Oxford Suites that we have ever stayed at.

I usually drive through Hermiston, so I can’t compare this hotel to others. The service was friendly and welcoming. They gave us each a free drink ticket, always a nice perk after a long drive. We used them for house cocktails, which were very sweet and made with the bottom shelf liquor, lol. You can opt for beer, wine or soda. They also offered a complimentary salad bar, soup, and snacks (pretzels). The room is a bit worn and dated, but the bed was comfortable, it was quiet (we were on the third floor), and there was a fridge and microwave. I thought I’d use the hot tub, but the pool area is on full display (indoor) with windows for everyone to look in, right past the main lobby. Several kids were in there, so I changed my mind. Other reviews mention a great breakfast, so I’ll weigh in on that. It is better than some, not as good as some. Sausage links, premade hashbrown patties, biscuits, scrambled eggs, yogurt, cheap coffee, oj, some toast options, some defrosted frozen berries, and oatmeal. I was able to request fried eggs, and I heard someone ask about a breakfast burrito, but idk if that is an option…there were no signs, menu, etc, and as we were leaving I saw a tub of cut melon in the kitchen, but it hadn’t been offered. Idk if we could ask for it or not. Basically the only thing I could eat there was the fried eggs, and I took some of the frozen berries to have on my own dairy free yogurt, with something else I’d made the day prior. Meh. A sign would be nice.

We normally love this hotel, but this time a member of housekeeping barged in our room at 8:30 am on a Saturday with no explanation. Not even a knock - I heard a tap tap like fingernails or a keycard on our door and then next thing I knew our door was opening. Check out is 11am so it was so unnerving.

We always stay here when visiting our son. We love it. So friendly and always great food.

Enjoyed my stay! Customer service oriented, clean, excellent value for the price. Breakfast bar was much better than the average "continental" type breakfast. Friendly staff too!

- The breakfast food was not at proper temperature, cold gravy and bisquit, barely warm sausage links. No microwave in breakfast area to warm your cold food. Nothing to grab and go like our prior motel in Portland, OR. - We did not use the pool or hot tub. - Staff was not very friendly for a hotel greeting guest. - Bed was comfortable.

This is an extremely well cared for hotel. Clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. We could not believe the happy hour with a free drink, free salad and a free cup of hot soup. You could also order an entree. We have been on an extended trip that has included 21 hotels stays. This one ranks among the best for cleanliness, staff and comfortable beds.

Great location not too far from Pendleton and far enough away from livestock farms that it didn’t smell at all

Good for a trucker laundry breakfast and ice and water filler. Good location semi parking on the street by Dairy Queen
