The staff and inner facilities were alright. Just room had a fan who was working rather loudly all night. In addition to that you were able to hear noise from the street - not the best insulation with UPVC windows.

Parking was adequate. They went out of their way to help with cutlery when we had to bring a takeaway home.

Clean room, comfy bed.

Staff all very helpful and friendly. The room was fine, the bathroom had chipped paint and the toiletries provided were not pleasant smelling, glad i took my own. Very noisy air-conditioning.

great stay, really nice staff and great for easy travel, only downside was some nice roads (expected anyway) and then the heating we couldn’t figure out and it was very chilly but didn’t get a chance to ask front desk for help.

The room and staff were perfect. Breakfast could have been warmer. Disappointed that they took a deposit on my credit card to cover ‘incidentals’. I’ve never had this before and it feels like the company doesn’t trust its customers.. I’ve stayed in the same hotel roughly once a year for around 18 years. It’s in an excellent location.

We had a suite with sofa bed, so it was perfect for us and our 2 boys. The water pressure for the shower and taps was really low, so it was difficult to get cleaned quickly. Room 232. Perfect location, close to shops, restaurants etc

Hotel all good, however book breakfast in advance. We wasn't told it's more expensive to book in the morning, so 2 x breakfasts cost us £37.00!!
