Room was clean but very tired and in need of refurbishment. The shower ran cold intermittently. The gym was a bit messy and could have done with some water being available. Food was fine and staff were friendly.

Clean room, good service. Only feedback is they could do with replenishing the tea and coffee in the room more frequently.

Room was clean, staff were very helpful, room was a little hot, breakfast was good with alot of choice.

The staff and inner facilities were alright. Just room had a fan who was working rather loudly all night. In addition to that you were able to hear noise from the street - not the best insulation with UPVC windows.

Parking was adequate. They went out of their way to help with cutlery when we had to bring a takeaway home.

Staff all very helpful and friendly. The room was fine, the bathroom had chipped paint and the toiletries provided were not pleasant smelling, glad i took my own. Very noisy air-conditioning.

great stay, really nice staff and great for easy travel, only downside was some nice roads (expected anyway) and then the heating we couldn’t figure out and it was very chilly but didn’t get a chance to ask front desk for help.

Really nice hotel, great location. Good service, very sample and plentyful breakfast. Room lovely, nice big bath! Will come again for sure when needed.

Staff excellent. But heating not working in room so cold all night. Shower broke so water luke warm and no plugs near bed that work properly
