Shower was leaking water all over the floor. The room was dirty. The hall carpet was dirty and smells. There was no desk attendant. The facility was run down.

This wouldve been a 5 star review, however on the last day i had to call the police because whoever did the overnight shift does not communicate with morning shift. We wanted to late checkout, and when i wanted to do late checkout I was problem even though we notified the overnight shift that we were checking out late. The front desk said i did not notify them of the late checkout until 2pm, when i remember specifically that i told the overnight man(at 4am mind you) that we were checking out late. When i asked for general manager and disctrict manager information, i was treated like how they treat their women over the pond (like trash) all because of miscommunication from overnight to dayshift. Would not recommentd this location if you are doing a girls weekend or if you are single because the employees do not have common courtesy. Have already contacted BBB AND disputed my card. I knew i shouldve spent the extra $125 to stay downtown STL. The breakfast thankfully was decent, but other than the late checkout issue this is a great location. Its right off the highway.

The room was disgusting. There was hair and stains on the sheets. The AC was caked with dust and had an old fragrance filter clipped to hide the smell coming out of it. There was hair and animal(rat) feces in the bathroom floor. The toliet and shower were also dirty. We checked out 2 minutes after checking in.

Rooms cleans pool needed cleaning. Overall decent stay.

The bathroom was extremely tiny. It was difficult to walk in and actually have room to close the door. The bathtub had mold growing all around the caulking. We were disturbed by housekeeping early (8:45) even with the “Do not disturb” sign on the door. We received a text around 8:30 asking us to check out online. It felt like we were being rushed out even though checkout was at 11:00. We were led to believe that breakfast was open until 10:00 but it had been put away at 9:30 and we were informed that 10:00 was “only on the weekends.” The staff handling the breakfast was extremely kind, offering to bring us something from the back if we wanted it. Other than a couple kind staff the trip was okay. The bathroom was unexceptionable, though, in my opinion.

Breakfast was sad, and an odd combination. Sausage patties and baked potatoes ? No eggs…. No bananas.

Nice rooms the elevator was a bit scary… and the carpet though out was old and kinda nasty

Great time

Good size room; however, the bathroom was very small. It was difficult closing the door to use the toilet. Also the bathroom facet was broken. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room also had plenty of outlets for recharging our electronic devices.

Tacky. Upon arrival check in personnel were hard to understand( accent and dialect) took multiple attempts and spelling to communicate. Required I give them a credit card for security deposit ( told card would NOT be charged yet it was ). I was told I would be able to obtain a receipt with a zero balance upon check out, yet at check out I was told “ we don’t have paper for that”, and a refund would appear in 24-48 hours! The room was OK. Little fridge was not cold so had to keep items in cooler on ice. Bed was very very firm and uncomfortable for my sleep, yet my husband did OK. The facility appeared to have some upgrades done yet unskillfully completed. Breakfast was the usual with waffle maker, scrambled eggs and sausage. Bagel but with no fresh fruit available. Upon check out attempted to pass along concerns that needed attention in our room but the attendant was not interested and did not ask what they were! The receipt she printed for me was bogus, computer generated with all false information except my name, address and phone. The attendant stated it was due to 3rd party booking and I should have booked directly. We travel and stop when tired…not knowing where we will be so this method allows us to see what is available when we get to wherever for the night. Choice Hotels, you can do better. And now we now we can choose better than Choice Hotels.

The elevator needs new catpet or flooring. It was raveled and gross. Parts of the elevator where duct taped. Our room was small. The beds were hard as rocks. The tv was huge for a hotel room. The tub had a large area chipped off and drained super slow. No hair dryer. When my dtr asked at desk for one, the man was rude and said the room had one. Finally got a hair dryer when i called front desk. Not enough towels. No bathroom rug. Breakfast was not the best. Poor selection and coffee was gross. Should have stayed across the street. Poor value for amou t spent.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful! I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere.

The hotel is a good value. The breakfast is not big, but there is enough to start the day. I appreciate the fact that the hotel is not noisy, and the bed is comfy. My only complaint is the air freshener in the room. Some scents don’t agree with me, and I would prefer no air freshener in the room.
