This is a boutique hotel located on the upper east side. It’s extremely clean and quiet. Plenty of nice touches like water available all day. Coffee and tea available all day. Also there is a coffee bar and they will Make you an espresso or latte (not free) plenty of great places to eat. My daughter lives a few blocks away and we wlll be coming here whenever we visit her.

I've walked by this hotel so many times and wondered what it was like. I recently had the chance to check it out when visiting family in the neighborhood. It's a delight. Yes the rooms are small, but they're stylish, good lighting, good bed. The front desk women are absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful. I love being able to get a coffee then head back upstairs. The location is terrific for exploring the UES.

What a fun hotel! Loved the charm of our room and the antique elevator. I roomed with my daughter and we had plenty of space, although the room is not as big as traditional hotels, but I’m sure quite normal for NYC. Loved the quality of the bathroom fixtures and the water pressure was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

I booked the hotel about a month before the trip. This was the closest hotel to the place where I had an appointment, so I choose it for that particular reason. I booked a double room and that was my mistake because the bed is smaller than the queen ben, and at the last moment we decided to take our little granddaughter with us to show her the City. When the front desk lady saw our group she was concerned that we might not like our room and wanted to show it to us before checking in. We were OK because we had to stay overnight only. But next time I will definitely order a bigger room. All the imperfections of the room were offset by the wonderful helping and caring staff. Perfect location, just several blocks to the Central Park. Convenient parking garage next door and several others near by. I know that we will need to come again for the same appointment, and I will definitely be booking this hotel again.

At $500/night this is considered a bargain lodging. Good neighborhood. Nice people. Thank goodness the rooms were relatively clean, but tiny and especially the lightless dungeon where I spent the last two nights was a depressing disaster.

Total of 4 nights. First 2 nights in decent room; second 2 nights in tiny, lightless dungeon basement. Depressing. People were nice.

The hotel was located very close to my daughter’s apt The rooms and bathrooms are very tiny It was fine for what I needed it for because t basically it was a 1 person room The bathroom sink was sooo tiny The room had 2 double beds and there was no space to walk The safe was in the locked position and the clock told the wrong time The sheets and towels were fine not bad at all Right price right location

The a/c unit sounded like you were standing next to an airplane engine, nit great when you're trying to sleep

This is the cutest boutique hotel in a great location. The staff is 10/10. A shoutout to Xocera (sp?), Salem and David as they were all excellent, so kind, efficient and made us feel very welcome. Our only issue is the room was a little small for 3 people, but I realize this is a NYC issue. It's a very cozy room, just a little bit tricky when trying to get ready. But overall we loved this hotel.

We loved this small, boutique hotel. It's in a very convenient location to the area of NYC that we spend time in.

Room was small but quiet and clean with a good shower and good lighting (corner room). The bed was comfortable.
