They did not clean the room or replace the towels the entire time we stayed (3 nights). Front desk said they were short staffed and apologized for the lack of service. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was OK.

The first floor ice machine was not working so we had to go clear up to the third floor to get ice. Also, the building was quite noisy. We could hear other guests. Also, there is no fan in the bathroom.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

The only reason for giving 4 starts instead of 5, is because the AC was very loud.

Building was old and I noticed mold on the wall right behind the check in counter upon arrival. Room was decent until I went to bed. I purchased a kind suit and the mattress was horrible. It had a literal hole the size of a human on the right side. The mattress was completely destroyed. Throughout the night I kept rolling into the hole. The mattress needs replaced. The hotel workers told us they were fully booked up so there would be no changing rooms. If you book here and get room 205, request another room.

Everything thing was fine but I had a room with no ac. They said there was nothing they could do except bring me a fan.

It was my first time visiting Arkansas and the hotel was amazing. 10/10 staff, room was clean and quiet.

We enjoy the style and service and security of the IHG pproperties. Have stayed in 3 so far this year and we love the experience.

Nice stay, quiet and peaceful - great breakfast options. However upon checking in I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to even come to the front desk - not satisfied with that.

The hotel called me the day of my stay and told me they had no rooms. So I had to rebook at the last minute at another hotel for a lot more money.
