Bathroom fan extremly. Loud

Downtown hotel in a convenient location with friendly staff.

The air conditioner did not work in the room. The service was horrible when I complained. They said they’ll take me up a fan. I was so exhausted for my trip back from New Brunswick. I just said OK I was able to partially open a window in the room, it was stuffy. The parking is not guaranteed the lady at the front desk said to me if I leave the underground park and I come back and there’s no parking that will refund me my money that was no guarantee. There was just a horrible experience.

Staff was outstanding assisting us with everything that came up during our stay.

Convenient location, some furniture in dining area looked worn just as the bathroom fan, functional but worn.

We had a great stay with the exception that a few of the guests on our floor were pretty rowdy up to the wee hours of the night. That disturbed our sleep. The hotel, our room, fitness facility and breakfast were all fantastic. We will be back, no question.

Great location, a lot of dining options, very friendly staff. A bit noisy overnight as there was some people partying and no one said anything to them. Breakfast is good; However, adding some bacon, sausage links or any other protein instead of hash browns could be a great boost.

It was convenient for our purpose.

The hotel was great but the AC in the room did not work which made it impossible to sleep. We had it stlet to 16degreea and it was around 24 all night. We ended up checking out at 2:30 am after 4 hours sleep because we couldn't stand the heay

Would easily get a 5 stars if the breakfast comes with some meat (e.g., sausage, bacon). Spacious and clean room with perfect location.

Everything was great just attention to detail in cleanliness of room could be better such as sticky desk and stained arm on couch

Cambridge Suites are very nice, although a bit old. Well maintained with excellent staff and breakfast. Bed very comfortable. We will certainly return.

Lovely hotel, great location, great staff and good breakfast. Disappointed that the outdoor terrace wasn't open. Hot tub a nice side benefit.

They're was some damage to the room and very low water pressure.
